Outrageous choices on internet site. Totally unclear that ordered frame alone without green screen. Now need to order screen and whole system will be available 10 days late and for twice the cost.

However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. This is a custom product so each component can be selected independently. Often customers want to buy only the screen or only the hardware as a replacement for a previous purchase. The product page prominently displays the option to "Add Screen" which was not selected on your order.
Additionally, when the screen is not selected the page alerts you with a pop up warning that reads "Seems you have missed adding Essential Graphic!" and you can only continue by clicking on "No, Thank You".
