We ordered from BestCanvas.ca years ago and received a damaged print and one that had an important part of the image cut off. They gave a small discount for our next order. This time I thought I'd try one of their metal prints - BIG MISTAKE. All it is, is a matt print glued onto metal - AND THE PRINT CAME WITH A DAMAGED CORNER making it unsellable. It was put into the box loose with zero protection for the corners or image. This company has the name BestCanvas.ca but it is NOT Canadian and the prints come from Florida so expect to pay duty like I had to. I've contacted them 5 times by email and phone to see if I could get a replacement for the damaged print and have been totally ignored! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER purchase from BestCanvas.ca again. I'm happy to say I have found two great Canadian companies that know how to produce a proper metal print. These companies, PrintPartner and Canvas n Decor are easily approachable and have contacted me when I've emailed them. They are professional and accept TIFF files. Their prices are a bit higher but the prints are excellent and packaged properly and are so worth it! If you care how your images are when you sell or display them, spend the extra money on quality and forget discount, crappy places like BestCanvas.ca... Just because they say they're the best, they definitely are not! I rarely give a bad review as I usually just choose to go to another company, but when a company ignores my letters/phone calls 5 times, I felt I should warn others so they can avoid the same disappointment I have had.

I recently ordered four 8" x 8" canvas prints and I am so impressed with the quality! I had my doubts ordering online but the process was so easy and it shipped and was delivered within a week! The photos turned out great and I will definitely be using best canvas again :)

I received my order within a week or less and I am very happy, the impression of the photo on the canvas is a really great job and I recommand to order with them!

Ordered a bunch of canvases for a large wall in our house, and they have the best pricing! The quality was great and they shipped so quickly! Will be ordering again!

I ordered multiple canvases as a Christmas gift. I ordered days before their ‘guaranteed by Christmas' deadline. The items arrived in early January. I had no reply from the company until well after Christmas about the shipping delay. Once I opened the package I realized the lack of quality, not a single image was aligned on the canvas straight, images were dirty, scratched and loose. After several emails complaining I finally received a response to destroy the canvases, send proof and I'd receive a refund for my late damaged and poor quality order. It's been 10 days, no reply no refund. Save your money and your time

I too am getting the run around by bestcanvas.ca (based in Miami), false advertising on their metal prints, shoddy workmanship on the product, lacklustre response times to requests, numerous people responding with different solutions, refusal to answer questions, environmentally damaging policies, and 1 very disappointed kid who's Xmas present sucked. I ordered from this company back in the second week of December. I have not received any information on my order.

Their craftsmanship is second to none. Fast and prompt service. Will definitely use their service again!

I was very impressed with how quickly I received my product and the quality of the picture was great. However I did not like that the canvas was not centred properly, the lines were crooked which was disappointing. I will try this website again one because perhaps it was just an over sight and two
Because the pricing is extremely reasonable.

Unfortunately I was really excited to finally order a star map which I had been wanting to do for a while.
I made an error on the order and after trying to call several times (apparently the phone lines are not being operated due to covid), and sending some emails to rectify the error before production, I was not contacted.
After I was notified the production was complete, I sent another email requesting a cancellation before the product was sent, again unanswered (both times I received a confirmation my email was recieved).
I will be calling my credit card company to discuss cancelling the payment as i followed the procedure listed on the FAQ portion of the website which was ignored.
What disappoints me the most is that I would be happy with the quality (although i find the constellations are too faint for my liking), and would be have been pleased to hang on my wall.
