I ordered 7 prints from 40 by 40 down to 8 by 12. They were perfect. I have used shops in Vancouver because I was "worried" about using online printing services. The shops in Vancouver cost me around $200 for a 40 by 40. To be honest, I cant really tell a difference in quality. There is a slightly... very slightly... better quality in using the mom and pa shops in town, but not enough to justify the cost difference.

Also, yes, these guys are in the states. Yes, I was a little surprised. But wow, some of these reviews are from overally emotional people. I mean, at the end of the day, the prints arrived on time, no duty and are great quality. And what doesnt come from other countries... wow.

I ordered a 24" x 36" canvas on Monday and received it on Friday - in late December! I was amazed at how quick it was made and sent to me. My dog had just passed and the canvas was of her so it meant that much more to have it so quickly. And the quality is great, it turned out exactly how I pictured and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I ordered a canvas back in November to be a Christmas gift for my mother. It just got here a few days before Christmas, and upon opening it I discovered that they had proportioned my photo completely different than I had on the site while ordering. They zoomed in on one corner of my photo where I had it so the entire photo was showing with my signature as well. I also dealt with shipping issues, it being returned to sender before it even reached Canada. Also did not know until after I had ordered that the company is NOT in Canada, which I really didn't care about because the pricing was still in CAD thankfully but this meant shipping was going to take longer. The company also doesn't reply to my emails for 3-4 days which is very inconvenient.

Would not order from again, I'm still waiting to here back about the proportion being completely wrong.

I have had a very bad experience with "Bestcanvas.ca". They are not canadian at all. I ordered a print for a client 2 weeks ago. I had a tracking number 2 days later. I followed the tracking number and UPS hadn't updated anything. I contacted Bestcanvas.ca and was assured it was on its way. It wasn't. A week and a half later, still no product and no update from UPS. They hadn't gotten it to UPS. I was promised on two different occasions that they would reprint and ship. The second time I was promised 2day air mail. When I hadn't received a tracking number, I called. Only to be told they still hadn't reprinted, and that they can't ship to Canada any faster the 6-7 days. Not even in a special circumstance to make up for terrible service and broken promises. I have most likely lost a client over this. IF they get it right this time, and it shows up, It will have been over 3 weeks form the order date.

I bought 6 canvases from this company because I couldn't pass up the price. Since I bought over 150$ worth it was free shipping. I ordered these and they came within a week! I am also from Ontario, Canada and I believe they are made in Miami, Florida. That us fast service. After I ordered I decided to read some reviews... to say the least I was very nervous of what was going to show up on my door step. To my surprise they were absolutely beautiful! None were warped and no marks were on the photos. The quality was great! I'd definitely order from them again!

I ordered my print on December 9th as a Christmas gift thinking I had plenty of time to receive it, given that the site guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It is now December 23rd and I haven't received anything. Nobody has responded to a single one of the 4 emails I sent to this company. I called the number included in my "shipment confirmation" email I received on December 10th and it says the number has been changed and to get the new number I am going to be charged $3.49?! Then I finally found another phone number to call and sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on (this happened TWICE). The only conclusion I can come to is that I've been scammed. DO NOT order anything from this company. I am now going to cancel payment and report them to the proper authorities.

How dare they scam people like this! They changed the shipping cost after I pressed in my information, I cancelled within seconds and you now charge me $5.40 on the difference in the exchange rate 2 days later! Nowhere does it tell you it's not a Canadian site. Is it not against the law to change the cost after you give them your credit card information! Well I am going to find out but folks stay away from this very unethical company.
