First order was great - second third and fourth have decreased in quality to being absolute $#*!. I will not use this company any longer. Their return policy is that one should destroy the $#*! they received the first time and send it back only to get $#*! again.

I ordered a personalized facemask 4 weeks ago for a gift and still haven't received anything. Customer service just sends a generic message and know one answers the phone (i called multiple times)

Not a good company.

3 weeks later and still waiting for my canvas print. They lost my orginal order in shipping. Sometimes the cheapest is not always the best way to go.

The blanket advertised as ‘extra-thick premium plush' at $35 ended up totaling $63. A cheap towel is thicker and more plush. Extremely disappointed. Then they tell you in order to be ‘environmentally friendly' and save on shipping you have to cut through the blanket and destroy it in order to get a refund…Then it ends up in a landfill. How is that environmentally friendly? A business recommends this? What about donating to the homeless? Not that it would keep anyone warm…I would be ashamed if I was a business promoting a product that doesn't exist and charging that kind of money for something not even close to ‘plush' let alone premium. Disgusting. I am attaching the advertised product and 2 photos of the paper thin ‘non-plush' $63 blanket I received. (I actually ordered 2…so doubly disappointed). I cannot bear cutting through and destroying something that has a something I love on it. Plus my conscience couldn't bear to throw them in a landfill.

My prints finally arrived, the box is damaged, my prints are the poorest quality I have ever seen! The canvas is "sagging" in places, it is put together with 4 staples into the wooden frame! No wonder they were so cheap!
This review is asking for pictures of the damage, but will not allow me to upload them.

Will definately NOT be recommending or purchasing from this company again!

To start off, customer service is amazing. My package got lost and they sent another with no questions asked. Thank you! The canvas' are very nicely done, well quality. The Mix Blox are printed very nicely however they ate cheap, it can snap very easily thats how cheaply made they are.
The pillows are poor quality also, the picture is faded and the photo print doesn't cover the entire pillow. The mugs are a hit and a miss. The pictures on them are either done right or they are super faded.
Over all, this site would be great just for canvas'. Again, customer service was great!

I was very happy with the product, the canvas came sealed so there was no damage, the only thing was the shipping. Product was put in the box with no packing around, so box was damaged a little.

I love my canvas pieces, great prices and quick delivery. Happy happy happy and I am telling all of my friends about it.

When i ordered this there was no option for Premium Plush Blanket so i went with fleece... this is not fleece its so skinny and it showed up 4 weeks late im not happy

I've bought at least a dozen various canvasses from these guys between Canada and the US! Only once was an issue and it was corrected next to immediately. I tell everyone about them when they come over and see these fantastic pic on my wall, all sizes. An excellent company. I LOVE them!

I have placed 3 orders over the course of about a month, and have issues with all 3. Their printing is always on the dark side, so take that into account when sending files (I use a colour-calibrated IPS-C monitor, so I know what they *should* look like). The people who are satisfied clearly have low standards. Prints of the colour photos I sent lack contrast and saturation (as submitted), and only 1 of the reprints they've provided actually partly resolved the issue. They've sent the wrong reprints twice (the second order was 3 photos, 1 had an issue, but they sent all 3 with no fixes, and the 3rd order was actually sent a 3rd time instead of the 2nd order's reprint). Two of the reprints arrived crooked on the frames. I've had to email their support repeatedly, and since all 3 orders were close together time-wise, they haven't been able to keep the last 2 straight. I've asked for a refund on the 1 print from the 2nd order but support has yet to reply. They are NOT a Canadian company, just a. Ca site. The prints come out of Germany, and the support replies are from Florida.

If you aren't picky about the quality of your prints, or are printing crappy photos anyway, they're fine. Cheap deals, and quick shipping. If you want good quality prints when you've spent lots of time and money on photography and editing your photos, avoid this company.

The "blanket" came in after Mother's Day has come and gone. I orders it 2 weeks before. When I opened it, the photos had damage and pulled off the blanket. Which is the most tiny thing I've ever seen in my life. How is this size even an option! Now the delayed Mother's Day gift for my elderly grandma not only didn't show up, is too small to cover her AND is damaged! I will never order from them again.

I made the switch and glad I am now a loyal customer, great work on all my canvas that I order for my customers. The color and the quality is awesome

Beyond happy with our canvas! Super fast shipping! I ordered the canvas last week, it arrived earlier this week and is hanging up on our wall.

Was the simplest procedure and great price for quality prints. Picking photo and size was a breeze. Will purchase more!
