I was very impressed with the quality and the speedy service I received. My children were also impressed that they now have a Dad photo for their home.

As a repeat customer from several orders, very sad to see that the customer service has been rapidly deteriorating. Called in to speak with a representative, was getting the runaround and never did escalate my call. Call back to speak with a manager and was told no managers or supervisors on shift. The issue was a matter of which promo was applied to my purchase, which was never able to be resolved. Product is very good, customer service is a zero out of ten. I did post this on my social media channels as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't be fooled by their cheap prices. In this case you don't even get what you pay for. I ordered a canvas from them some time ago - and the quality was awful. Notwithstanding using a professional photographer's high resolution photo, the canvas was so blurry the lines could only be made out from a distance. Against my better judgement, I decided to give them another chance. The outcome was worse the second time around. I accidentally completed my order as I was still uploading photos, so only a portion of my order went through. I immediately called customer service (during business hours) and was told the call volume was too high for them to answer my call. I was not even given the option to wait to speak with someone. I called 4 more times, same result. That in itself should have told me the caliber of company I was dealing with. I ended up submitting the remainder of my order separately, which resulted in two $15 shipping charges for an order that would have received free shipping (or come close enough to it that the addition of a few dollar item would have qualified). I immediately emailed the company letting them know of the error and requesting a refund of one of the shipping charges so as not be double billed. To be fair, as a compromise, I didn't request a full $30 refund, only one of the $15 charges. I was informed that this would not be possible. When I inquired further and stated that it was my opinion that this was bad service, I was responded to with attitude and told to call customer service (even though my email detailed my attempts at calling previously). Upon finally reaching someone at the customer service number, the service only got worse. The way in which I was spoken to was beyond rude an unacceptable. The outcome is that I've now spent $30 extra on an order that will likely arrive and not meet my expectations - and I've had to waste my valuable time dealing with an issue that should have had a simple solution. I suggest you find a more reliable company for your needs.

I ordered a canvas and a "fleece" blanket from this company. First of all the canvas came at a reasonable time but the blanket took over a month to get to me. Both pictures turned out blurry even though I uploaded good quality photos. Canvas was very cheap. And the blanket which I assumed would be a small throw was actually the size of a baby blanket. My own fault for assuming the dimensions but WHO MAKES A BLANKET THAT SMALL? ALSO, there "fleece" is actually dirt cheap felt. If you want a blanket that feels like a kindergarten arts and craft then shop here. What a JOKE. And I spent $60 on those! Worst company.

-They want the customer to return it at CUSTOMERS expense.
-In Lieu if sending it back, they actually demand video proof of cutting/destroying a metal print somehow without injuring myself.
I wasn't going to risk cutting. Myself.
I don't need the refund that badly but want people to know this is how they operate.

The overall quality of the image was fine but the corners somehow started unglue and lift.

Avoid these guys like the plague. Exceptionally slow service (I was willing to forgive this initially due to Covid but it was almost a week between the canvas being ready and it actually shipping) and when my canvas was eventually delivered 4 weeks after my order it was of someone else's family including their young kids. After I eventually got them to send a replacement (no apology was given, put down to "computer error") they refused to send express so now will end up 8 weeks between order and receipt assuming they send the right canvas this time. Useless.
