I received our 8x8 canvases less than a week from the order date. Everything was exactly as I had hoped it would be! The canvases are all adorable and will make excellent gifts. The order process was seamless and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Worst customer service ever.
I order canvas prints that were supposed to be delivered last week. UPS reported an accident that damaged the shipping anf they said the informed the sender (best canvas). I contacted best canvas to follow up on my damaged shipment, the answer I got from them was that I have to talk the UPS to arrange receiving the shipment (the damaged one). I contacted UPS and they informed me that the package will not be delivered and that they sent best canvas all the information. I contacted best canvas many times afterwords and they never replied back. It is best canvas and their delivery partner responsibility to deliver my order in best form and status and yet they ask me to do their work for them and do not reply to my emails.
Very very bad experience
Au début les prix aussi bas me rendaient sceptique quant à la qualité et au service. J'ai tout de même passé une commande.

I was a little hesitant because of the mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot, I ordered canvases from 8x8 to 16x24. They came 8 days after I ordered them (Ontario) and there was no extra duty to pay. The picture quality is pretty good. I'm giving 4 stars because 3 out of 17 canvases had a slight 2" long line indent from the way they were packaged, I'm hoping putting something heavy on the back of them for a few days will flatten it out. For the price I would say they are great. Will be ordering again.
I tried it out during a sale, bought 5. Already have an order being prepared for a lot more! I also will be buying these as Christmas gifts
I find that most of the prints had sagging and dents. Tried to use heat to fix it but nothing seems to work
The canvas print turned out even better than I imagined. I am so happy with the quality of the print, the price and delivery time. I will definitely order more.
I have used BestCanvas numerous times and have always enjoyed dealing with them. The canvas pictures turn out great, they arrive in short amount of time, and no problems at all. I look forward to the next time I use them.

I hid my order from my hubby. I also showed him the photo of our kids with his parents and he asked where's ours. So i showed him everything and he liked it. Bow he ask me to order again and he will pick the photos.

We ordered 11 canvas prints and the quality was unbelievably excellent! Super fast and important to note: 1 of our canvases had a tear from production. We notified Bestcanvas, sent some photos to show the issue and voila! They were on it. They sent a replacement and made sure we were happy! Highly, highly recommend! And we will do so to anyone looking for canvas prints!
I am truly amazed by the beautiful work you have done with a very special picture. It was for my mom as our dad just passed away. Our dad was an avid hunter & the picture was where he went hunting. My mom just cried when she openned it was a beautiful moment she absolutely loves it! Thkx thkx thkx... it was so amazing that I ordered several more for Christmas presents.
