Please do yourself a favour and avoid this website at all costs. Customer service is good until your payment is taken. They send final product images for you to review, but ship the item regardless. I was unsatisfied with the final product images, but couldn't do anything about it since it had already been shipped. When requesting a refund for not being satisfied with the product, I was denied on multiple occasions and ignored for days at a time by chat, message and email. For a company that guarantees 100% customer satisfaction and a 100% risk free, no questions asked shopping experience, let me just say that it has been the farthest thing from that.

Bag is of excellent quality, better than expected. Delivery was fast. Customer service was probably the best I have ever seen. Highly recommend!
