Please do not be taken in with this company, as this they have stolen £2185. 00 from me for a holiday package holiday to Goa booked in 2020 and still no refund due to pandemic. Decided to reschedule till 2021 but that was when I realised my package was now handed over th Hoodaki as the the guy called Ian had left the company at Benztravel. Was informed they are the same company. The next guy called Ronn said he was dealing with it but could I kindly bare with us for some time. This I did only to be told the hotel had stopped responding with them? Anyway long story short my last correspondence Ronn told me they are unable to get any money back so would not be giving me back anything this was his actual words.So please I would notblike to see anyone go through the stress I have had as I am a health care worker so it was a very large amount of money for me so please please AVID
Happy with the booking service provided. All my questions were answered and via email was able to check all my details before I paid for my ticket. Thank you Benz travel for your patience whilst I felt completely happy with the arrangements made.
