Superior Customer Service! Not to downplay the paint (Benjamin Moore is always your best choice), but the customer service at Colourspec North Decorating blows the paint out of the water! A small mistake with my paint order turned into a small disaster. The store manager was apologetic, took responsibility, and referred the problem to the store owner, Danny Heikkinen. Danny called me and went above and beyond to fix the problem and to reimburse me for all related costs. That is stellar customer service. Danny Heikkinen also owns Pinnacle Decorating South and Strathcona Decorating stores.
