Great shopping online experience went great but most of the products I purchased did not have the same exact printed images or designs. Was not happy at all with both shoes purchase.

Clothing is ok. Delivery too long. It's says 10 to 12 days took 1 month.

Everything was cute differently would be back to shop

The customer service is trash, they do not respond in a timely manner. The shipping takes forever. When I finally received my items, some was missing (they didn't send everything I ordered) and the items didn't look nothing like the pictures and nothing didn't fit, even their size chart is off. When I wanted to return the items, they were giving me a problem and still are. They kept telling me to send pictures of my return receipt, asking for SKU numbers, when I never even received an invoice in the package with that information on it. I returned my items and they are still giving me a hard time to refund my money. And there is no phone number you can talk to anyone on, the number I called didn't even work. I don't know what's going on with this company, but I'm done with ordering from here. Never again.

Easy sizing guides to reference. A couple little hidden fees but nothing to be too upset about. Not usually one for fast fashion items but I really wanted these without paying the full price for them!

I ordered this product batchwise by the color that was seen on the page when I received it, it was an unpleasant surprise because the color did not even look like it, also the dress I only know once and it was damaged, poor quality of fabric

At first I had issues with ordering so sent them an email, after about a week they had sorted it out and people living in the uk should no longer have problems ordering.

I love these jeans soooo much. Unfortunately, the sizing is two sizes too small. I can certainly adjust them with my machine and some extra material, but the size description is inaccurate.

Service and shipping was excellent. Products are of poor quality.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A 5 STAR ONLY BECAUSE THE CLOTHES ITSELF WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. BUT IT'S A SHAME I HAD TO THREATING THEM BECAUSE I AM AN ATTORNY AND I WASN'T GOING TO PLAY ABOUT MY ITEMS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND IF I PURCHASE ON THE SAME DAY WHY SEND MY ITEMS SEPARATE? THEN I LOOK ON THE SITE IT TELLS ME MY PACKAGE WENT FROM ILLINOIS TO PENN. LIKE HOW THAT EVEN HAPPENS. THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED TO GET SMART BY TELLING ME ITS ON THE WAY. :( THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED! NEXT TIME I WILL PAY FOR EXPEDITE AND LET YOU ALL KNOW HOW THAT GOES

I went by the size chart for the item and it was far too big for me

Like this for my wife and thought it would be nice to give her something that she will look awesome in.

Got the package later than expected and the product was horrible when I received it, I'll never purchase an item from this company again.

I had to wait over a month for the items which I knew would take a while because they said it was coming from overseas. When I received the package I was very happy then I opened the package and I saw that everything was terribly small I was extremely disappointed.
