The product came quick. But trying to do a return was long and a waste of time. So many emails back and forth just to get a product returned

I knew it would take forever to receive, so shipping was not an issue. However, once it arrived (and a nice product, just too short for my long torso), I had to dig through saved email to find a refund link. There is no link on the website (that I found) and even though the package has been received at their facility, I still had to upload a picture of my postal receipt. Why is that?

I can't say that the pieces are pretty, but on 2 occasions I bought a piece and they sent me another or it said out of stock. Today I am still waiting for the refund of the exhausted piece, but then everything else I have no complaints. I liked your mencancias

Everything looked as it did when I ordered it, but 3 of the outfits ran much smaller.

This company never disappoints. The quality has always been good. Always get a good fit never have had to return any products. And it doesn't take a long time to receive your order.

The shipping is too much and no coupon that can help with the fees. Hopefully comes fast for the shipping price I paid for
