Took forever to arrive. Over a month before it finally came

It was so easy to purchase. Other than the extended days for delivery I love what I purchased. It was worth the wait.

The item was dispatched within a couple of weeks of ordering.

I ordered my clothes on November 26th and one month later, still no clothes. I contacted them and they said it should come before January 1st and that they would expedite my order, but it hasn't even shipped out yet. I asked for a refund but they said they can't refund my money because the clothes have already been shipped. But for a VERY long time it has been at the same Chinese facility - it hasn't moved. Don't bother ordering from here, because there's a chance you won't even get your items and they refuse to refund your money. Also, the shipping cost is very expensive, and they won't give that back either, whether the clothes shipped or not.

Not helpful am finding it harder to how I can return them and get my money

Loved the dress
Hated the pants bc of the smell

This whole site is deceiving. I won't be ordering anything else from here.

The sizing chart needs to be revamped. I'm a 6 in pants and got a larger size pants when I followed your chart

Order received quickly but product quality not good dresses tags on incorrectly on the outside of dresses not inside hair quality poor

Need more update on delivery where is it, delivery date

I was a little unsure about shopping at first due to the layout of the site, but all of my items came in great condition and in separate wrappings. They were all folded nicely, and fit perfectly! 100% would shop here again

Love the styles but materials are so flimsy and cheap that's to bad too because they have nice styles but with the colors not bn true and the thin materials not sure if I will take a chance and order again

Delivery was fairly quick and no issues, product was well packed.
