Bella Braided Wigs

I ordered a wig in September 2021. It is now December 2022. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Same old email about Covid. One big scam. This cannot be legal.

I ordered a wig from this BOGUS company September 2021 and I have yet to receive. They stole my money

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are scam artists! I ordered a wig from the December of 2020 and still have not received it. I have sent them more than 10 emails. The phone number does not work and they have stopped responding at all. All I would get before was a generic covid email stating they did not have the lace needed to make the wig, They offered me a discount on another wig. Why would I buy another when I never received the first one. They told me I could choose another wig to replace the one I ordered and still never got that one either.

Great wig for the price! I will be ordering again very soon. Easy to maintain and styling the hair.

Bella braided wigs is a fraud do not buy from here they will cheat you out of your money. They don't communicate with you at all and is a liar about their promotion. They claims it's delayed lies they have no attention sending you your merchandise. I'm fighting to get a refund from these snakes. There phones disconnected and they don't answer emails. So how do you check up on your orders.

I ordered 3 ponytails wigs on August 28 2021 and have not received my wigs yet. I have sent 50 or more emails to this company and they sending me the same email saying the same thing..

This company is a completel SCAM! Do not waste your money. I placed an order August 2021 and have yet to receive anything! I tried to contact them several times but my emails were ignored and the text number provided is not a working number!

Wish I could give a zero. Never received my wig. No type of communication. A total SCAM! Just ridiculous.

I've ordered twice from them the past couple of years and was satisfied, however I ordered a wig in Aug 2021 and have yet to receive my order. Emailed them several times and the last email in Nov I was told wig was in finishing stages and would receive tracking number. Its Jan 2022 and no tracking info. I emailed them twice after the Nov email and no response. You try to support your own people but damn its sad because you get burned.

They took my $217 and never sent my wig. They don't answer emails. The number they have listed is disconnected. They are still operating on Instagram but they turned off their comments. I feel so betrayed and hurt. Don't order anything from them u will never get it. I ordered 2/21 it's now 10/21.

I purchased a wig from Bella Braided Wigs in July. I received my wig on Oct 15th. Almost 90 days after ordering. This company is a scam. The wigbi ordered, IS NOT the wig I received. I have tried contacting the company regarding my dissatisfaction, but to no avail. I am very disappointed. I would NEVER purchase from this company again, nor would I recommend. False advertisement for sure!

I ordered a wig in June because I wanted it for the summer. Once I place my order I have never heard from Bella again. They do not provide updates, it is not easy to have any customer service contact. I suggest did Bella take a note from nadula wig. I've ordered from them and they're constantly giving me an update and they actually let me know when my package have been shipped. At this point in time I'm beginning to think that I was scammed. A lot of people are saying in the reviews said they ordered wigs over a year ago six months ago 7 months ago and they have yet to receive them. I believe Facebook should remove this company because they are taking people's money and not providing them with the product they ordered. People work hard to purchase things that they would like to have.

Order was placed on April 7th and it's now July 6 and i still havent received the item. I've been in communication with this company both through emil and through Instagram. They have continuosly lied and given me the run around. They even lied to me told me my item has been shiped. When i checked the tracking they provided, it was the tracking for another customer in an entirely different state. I contacted them again for the fourth time and they finally sent me a tracking number with a shiping label crated June 2nd. It's now July6th and they still have not dropped off the item to the post office to be shipped. I contacted them again and they are just continuing with the lies. Theres numerous people having the same issue based on the comments on their IG page.

Do not I REPEAT, do not order form this company, if you can even call it that. I placed an order in June 2020 for 2 wigs (BOGO) and decided to cancel it because I found a MUCH more realistic and better quality wig from another braided wig company. I cancelled the order less than an hour after placing. I sent the email and we confirmed that order would be canceled. LONG STORY short, it is now DECEMBER 2020 and just yesterday I received a message from this money hungry business saying that the wigs, from the order THAT I CONFIRMED I WANTED TO BE CANCELLED, is on its way to me. This is full on robbery! But its okay i still have the screen shots as well as their original return policy still saved. This is far from over trust. I WILL get ALL of money back and every chance I get i will clown this wicked company.

This company is not a reputable company. They are thieves. My best friend referred me to this company and she ordered back in April. I also ordered two units in May and we are in September with no wigs and no money. 5 good months wasted. No updates was sent about my order and I contacted their customer service all the time. First an automated email comes in giving you excuses with terrible lies blaming it on full lace and covid and weeks later a rude person will respond telling you your wig is at the completion stage. They kept saying that to me 3 months in a row. I found out they have had several negative reviews on Better bureau business BBB scamming people of their hard earned money so I called my bank immediately to report about this company to get my money back from them. My best friend also called her bank for a refund. Do not buy from them
