They lie continuously over the phone to keep their abused clients. Eventually, you'll feel foplish, lied to, and used seeking anywhere but Bell to become your service provider. Ashames they're a Canadian company.
Bell has customer service from India and maybe Phillipines. They are clueless. Lie about their speeds and promotions. I've spent hours with this company for speed problems and price issues only to be give 5 different responses. Front line is clue less and definitely not local.
Find a better company.

I was new to Canada. Signed up for an $84 per month internet, phone and TV package for 12 months. A couple month later was being charged $290 per month. 5 months in, was charged $750 for one month. When I phoned them (3 times for two hours at a time) to ask what was happening, just got transferred from person to person. So I never figured out what was wrong. Then got told that my TV somehow got cancelled, so the whole $84 p/m fell apart and I'd been paying for TV, Internet and phone separately. Have subsequently learned from Canadians that I should have never gone to Bell in the first place and should have chosen Rogers, because Bell is famously bad.
My mother is 82 years old. She has been without a phone for 3 days. We have called (one hour wait time!) and finally been told a technician would come by between 5 and 9 pm. No one came. A technician called from Markham Toronto saying he would come in an hour then a texte saying he had solved the problem, but the phone line still didn't work and he was in Ontario rather than Montreal, Quebec. He told me to do what I wanted, call back Bell or change companies! (Bell Fibe tv also not working! Error 1202 unknown to technician).
Bell canada provide good services across canada and give great offers and deals on boxing day and Christmas.
I've been chatting and talking to bell customer service for the last 2 days for equipment that isn't working and want a service personal to come and fix it but they still won't do it finding excuses not to send a technician to my house I will be canceling then and going to their competitors they just don't care enough for their clients anymore to bad there going to lose around 400$ a month I guess the ceo makes enough profit pifff!

Very horrible. They lie saying that they cancelled your bell mobility and u get another bill. Don't trust these people. Their crooks. They should be investigated
I can't begin to complain about how frustrating it is to have customer service from a country half way across the world. There is a social and language barrier and half the time these agents have o idea what the hell you're speaking about let alone resolve the issues. Highest taxes, cost of living in the world and we have to deal with third rate customer service. Please cancel. Your services with been canada until those cheap bastards can employ Canadians. Penny pinching bastards.

They told me I don't get extra charge but acturally I got $500 bill. They lied to me quite few times with other thing by a as well. Fraud definitely I hate this company so much.

I tried to put an order in as a new customer - moving all of my services from Rogers (Internet, TV, Home Phone, 3 Mobility lines)... not only was I on the line for 2 HOURS on Friday to set it all up but then when the rep and I agreed to finish the order on Saturday, I had to be on the line with him for another HOUR! We agreed on a plan and the rep was supposed to call me at 4 pm to put the order through - and guess what, I got ghosted. No call, nothing! So frustrating! To make matters worse, when I called in the next day to follow up, no one could track my order / the plans that we agreed on was completely lost! I had to spend 3 HOURS talking to a new sales rep to put an order in! It was insane!
So... at this point, 5 HOURS of my life is gone.
I called in today (Tuesday) to inquire when my 2 new mobile devices were being delivered and to my surprise, the rep said that my mobility ORDER WAS CANCELLED! WHAT!?!?! CANCELLED?!? HOW?! WHY?! But my other services were still going to be installed?!?!?! WHAT THE HELL WAS HAPPENING?!?
Guess what, no one knew why or how and told me that I HAD TO TALK TO ANOTHER REP AND COMPLETE ANOTHER ORDER~~! NO WAY!
Oh and the kicker was that I was already on the phone with Bell for 3 HOURS today trying to reach someone to track it... they kept transferring me back and forth and each time, the rep had no idea why I was calling and kept transferring me to the department that I was transferred from. Honestly, it was insane. I am not exaggerating.
I am now trying to cancel the full order (for everything) and they are making me jump through hoops to cancel, when they are the ones who screwed up.
Worst experience of my life with customer service!
DON'T SWITCH TO BELL! IT'S NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS (who knows, maybe those weren't real anyway).
Bell has been overcharging me since initially subscribing with them, all due to internal bells fault
After numerous calls, hours spent with customer service, and their full understanding that it is a glitch in a system they continue to overcharge $11.35 a month extra
Its not the money but not getting my channels and having to pay extra even if its only 10 bucks is silly beyond approach

I am writing this review on behalf of my 78 year old mother whose home phone service was not working in the Mississauga Ontario area from January 11 to February 10 2022. This is unacceptable.and the kind of service I would expect in a 3rd world country and not a billion dollar service provider that owns 2 Canadian Hockey teams. They have outsourced their customer service overseas. They have employees that lie and lure people into accepting service agreements for products and services under false pretenses. I am also a victim of this when I moved to St. Catharines 2 years ago regarding their internet service. They are given protection by the federal government of Canada through the CRTC and yes they are large political donors to the Federal liberal party of Canada. This means they can continue to charge ridiculous prices while maintaining below standard services. My mother was unable to use her phone to call a doctor, police, firemen or her own daughters. I was very concerned about her safety after not hearing from her for over 4 days. I even called the local police to verify that my mother and stepfather were safe and sound after a unseasonal large snowstorm that took place. My mother does not own a smart phone or a computer. She is afraid of technology and does not want to be forced to use it or pay for it... This is company that clearly does not care about customers or service but feels they are entitled to charge ridiculous rates because of their oligopoly position. I would never recommend their services to my friends or family or business associates. Its not worth the risk. SHAME on you BELL Canada. Shame on your president Mirko BIBIC... Would you like it your own mother did not have access to a telephone? I doubt it very much! The phone outage affected a number of people in my mother's neighbourhood and can be verified and confirmed directly by Bell Canada... who repeatedly had recordings set up telling customers when the phone outage would be fixed... First recording mentioned that the outage would be repaired sometime in late January 2022 which was not the case. There was a 2nd recording set up that stated clearly that the outage would be repaired and up and running February 1.2022. The company clearly has no technical support people answering the telephone due to a large volume of complaints.
Bell Canada are Thieves I had one of the unlimited internet packages when I would get my bill it would not be for the agreed upon amount there would be huge charges with no explanation. I would call asking why my unlimited internet was twice the price and ask for a break down of my bill. Bell would mail me an amount owing statement with no break down each time I asked when I told them to send me a proper breakdown or cancel my account they put the mystery amounts in as "usage fees" adding random charges to unlimited internet makes it not unlimited they would threaten to send you to collections if you did not pay the random charged they would add to your bill needless to say I stopped doing business with these thieves for life you would be better buying internet phone of cable from a shifty guy in a trench coat in an alley way you would face less corruption and theft that way. 0/10 do not give this company your money they will steal from you and if you call customer service they will leave you on hold for hours hoping you will give up.
Bell Canada is a slaves owner. You have to pay $1000 in order to buy your Freedom. In my case, I have to pay $2000 for mine. I thought slavery has been abolished long time ago. Until corrupt politicians allow Bell to own customers, nothing will change. It's time to stop the abuse.
Earlier today I was talking what a supervisor from bell mobility and the experience I had I was very very bad unacceptable she didn't even try to help me when I told her I was going to change provider her response was OK she didn't try to say or to help me stay away from Bell.
I have been paying for 500 mb/s service for over 2 years and only went to BELL Canada because of a door to door sales guy who made several promises and delivered NONE. I have never achieved the speed I have paid for despite service visits and endless calls for resolve. I have paid approx. $80.00/mo. For service equal to others $40.00/ month plans.
When I call Bell, I have an auto attendant who gives options upon options and if I don't make the right choice, I get disconnected.
IF one succeeds at speaking with a live person, good luck. They too love to disconnect the line or transfer you to be disconnected by the next person (might be trained to do so). Questions: Why is it necessary to answer 10 questions so they can transfer you to someone else who will ask the same questions again? And if I am using Bell "CANADA", why do I have no option but to speak with someone in the Philippines (or India)? Don't be surprised if asking to speak with someone in Canada gets your call disconnected too. If you have the time to spend (2-4 hours), you might eventually connect with someone who will try to help but really doesn't... In the end, you have waisted most of your day, have only become driven to drink and resolved nothing.
I find it curious how "Executives" who likely have educational degrees and excel beyond most of their coworkers, cannot seem to grasp how they are NOT improving the client experience but making it increasingly difficult to get what CUSTOMERS pay for or at least acquire some resemblance of satisfaction in using these companies? What are these "executives" being paid for anyway?
I would love to see 90% of clients leave all at once so BELL and ROGERS and alike go bankrupt only to be replaced by companies who actually care about their clients and the services they promote.
Had internet at 80. They offer cable. I ask if I'll get me deal back if I ever cancel my cable and they said yes. 1 year later cancel m they don't wanna give me my deal. They want to buy cut my speed down. Ha ha ha losers. They are losing me I'm shopping
So I just found out I had a bell account I never opened. I called and spoke to a very nice lady. Unfortunately my call was cut off. I call back wait on hold for ever. To get a different person. I explained I just got their number from equifax about fruad. This guy treated me like a peace of $#*!. When I said you can give better customer service I was told this isn't a customer care line. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I got I am the supervisor. I said you have a boss and i would like to talk to them.
I was told again he is the boss.
At this point I am heated to find out what I found out today. I have been on the phone 8 hours calling and talking to people. Everyone had better customer care then this guy. I was told they won't clear the account and I can live with it.
Well ok sorry sir I will have it cleared and you should not have a job at all.
When the drivers license doesn't match iv never lived out of bc but you won't clear the thousands owed. You guys are truly a joke and I will not stop tell i get it cleared off my name.
