Order CHARGED to MY ACCOUNT July 26th and not delivered. Called after waiting being the 20th caller, was told I would received a called from an customer service person. Never received that call. I am going to call bank and dispute charge on card. No more on line ordering at Belk's for me.
My first and last order from Belk. Ordered 4 items 2 arrived broken 1 never arrived and the last a levian ring looks used possibly sized... 3 calls to customer service and last one said first 2 didn't know what they were doing and cancelled the reship and now I wait for a review process! Levian should pull their product
I placed an order. Called to cancel my order and was told I was not able to because it was past 15 mins. I literally had only place the order maybe 30 minutes ago. The gentleman on the phone told me he was not able to cancel my order transferred me to a supervisor named Victoria(id#5123) who told me I would then have to wait to receive my package to be able to get my refund. On top of being a loyal and paying customer I had another package I haven't received and the tracking site isn't giving accurate information or even a day I will have my items. First it said I would get it yesterday the 1st now it's not giving me any information. These are things that should be listed on the site but aren't. Victoria(5123) was super rude didn't even try to find a solution and her tone was not professional at ALL I even asked for corporates information and was told to"google" it because she can't give me that information. When I asked to speak to her upper management she claimed she was the only supervisor there. I love shopping with belk but they just lost a customer! Do better and train your escalations team! So disappointed!
I just received my sandals and they are so nice. Extremely comfortable and very attractive. Belk is a great company to order from. Fast in shipping. Prices are great. I will definitely order from them again.
Ordered a door lock from Belk.com. The advertised discount was not applied.

Rep#3 We can't change the order & we can't cancel it.
Supervisor #1 - can't change it and can't cancel the order but you can return it when it arrives. (Like I trust them at this point)
Supervisor #2 -- (and I swear I didn't raise my voice or cuss)... We can't change it or cancel it. There's no manager with authority to do so. Since you won't accept the answer I've given you I will terminate this call. Hung up.
Today I got a notice from my credit monitoring company that one of my credit limits was lowered, turns out to be Belk, whom I've been giving good business to lately, they even promoted my membership, now they lowered my limit by $400, I'm only $40 away from my limit now, which will also lower my credit score. Screw them both! While I'm at it, it took over 2 weeks to get my last order, the package had to be returned to them by Fed Ex because the label was unreadable, ridiculous! Since my last review was replaced, I'll mention it again, did not include the packing slip with my purchase, contacted customer service and they said they would not send me a label and instead sent me a copy of my order confirmation, was out of town where there is a Belk, so decided to return in person, the customer service associate told me that she could not use that paper and I would only get a certain amount back, which was $40 less than what I paid, like it was my fault they did not include a packing slip, thankfully another associate let her know that since I used my Belk Card she could process the return through that and I got my full refund, so it turned out ok. Bought a few other items while I was there, if I knew that they would lower my limit, I wouldn't have bought anything from them again. I am up to date with my payments and have no late payments on my credit report, so beats me why they lowered it.
Save yourself the headache. If I could give Belk's online sales a 0 I would. The worst online service I have ever experienced! I ordered a Michael Kors handbag and on 5/19. I received a used handbag, which I promptly returned that day. Reasons: the leather handles were visibly damaged/peeling, (2) all the bottom tacks were scratched, (3) it was shipped in a box without any protection, e.g. bubble wrap or paper packed in the box for shipping protection; nope, just stuffed in a plastic Belk's bag, and there was no paper inside the bag to help retain its shape, just a flat handbag, and (4) none of the hardware was covered for protection.
I called customer service and was placed on hold forever, only to be transferred to someone else. I am still waiting for the $15.80 reimbursement cost I paid to return the bag.
Outstanding customer service, especially in these times. Associates always helpful and pleasant and the store is clean. Love belks crown and ivy brand also
Several weeks ago I made my first purchase with Belk. My charge card company sent me a warning that looked like Belk charged me twice for this. This begun the nightmare. Their phone lines have hours wait time so I sent a message. Days later I got a response that it would be taken care of. After several more days when not taken care of, I sent another message. Then day's later I got a response that I was given incorrect information and pending charges would take time. I responded that they were incorrect. The charges were and have been charged to me and are not pending. Explained they charged me twice! No Response since. Has been weeks now with numerous emails asking for a manager, for a response but nothing. How does Belk get away with this?
Poor customer service. I ordered my item last may 6,2020 until now I dont recieve it yet. Talking to 5 representatives and they just telling me the same script. Telling me that they can do anything about it. Not buying here again ang not recommend to anyone.
I ordered the wrong Item. Tried 4 minutes after I placed the order to cancel. They don't answer emails and I was on hold for 45 minutes and they told me I missed the 15 minute window to cancel, so I was out of luck! They are rude, unfriendly and should NOT be in business! You will not get your money back form this FAKE COMPANY!
Although the other half of my order shipped late I had previously written a review explaing what happened thinking I wasn't getting the rest at all but luckily I just received. Idk if something got held up in the mail or what but I finally received my purchase, everything is good quality and that included my free gift with purchase so I just want to say I am very very satisfied. Thanks Belk! I will continue to order from you.
Great place for ordering some side treats and simply lookin around for popular products. So far ordered some cosmetic products and i'm satisfied
I ordered a shirt online. They sent the wrong shirt. I tried to call and was on hold for more than an hour before finally giving up. I sent an email to their customer service, waited four days for a response, and finally received a response saying they're very busy and can't respond to my inquiry. Buyer beware! I paid for an item I did not receive and am unable to contact them.
I ordered 4 items from their $10 kitchen sale. I am so happy I didn't pay more than that! Though I did later find out that is what most of the items would cost normally through other stores. Belk jacks the prices way up to $30-$40 on items that cost around $10 not on sale anywhere else. Their shipping is god awful! My entire order arrived in a make-shift long box. They taped 2 small boxes together and only wrapped the 2 stoneware pans in very thin bubble wrap and called it good. No other protective packaging was used to fill the enormous gaps around the items. So of course 1 was completely broken. I contacted customer service and they shipped me out a new one. Which took 2 weeks to arrive and once again arrived broken. Because once again they used a box too large for the 1 item and barely any protective packaging. They also will not allow you to leave 1 star reviews. Or at least they did not allow me to. There are still no reviews for the 8x8 stoneware baking dish with lid and I am guessing because it always arrives broken. First 2 pictures are the original order. 3rd picture is the replacement. After using each item, they are just ok quality. The baking sheets warp in a hot oven every time. The stoneware is nice but you can get it elsewhere for $10 and shipped appropriately so it arrives in 1 piece!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The items I got are CHEAP stuff from China. Not even useable. Can not get them on the phone, and maybe would get an answer via email, but they don't address the complete issue, and then they don't answer next email.
I had never heard of Belk until a week before placing my first order on May 3,2020. It is now May 16. My order still shows 'pending' on the website, even though on the first page it shows 'complete.' I never received confirmation of my order even though the money immediately came out of my account. I sent three messages via the website and no one has responded. I tried calling twice but each time the hold would have been over an hour. After holding for 40 minutes the second time I hung up. Now I have to go to my bank and dispute the charge. How is this company allowed to continue?
I purchased a purse, which is a piece of junk! The zipper was broken and could not even close part way.
I have written Belk, with no response from them, I wish I had seen all the reviews before I ordered. DO NOT order from Belk.

I ordered some moisturizer for my beard. I receive an email saying my order has shipped. When I went to check the tracking number FedEx says they will update when the package arrives to them. It is been 3 weeks almost since I got the shipped email and FedEx still says nothing ya been received. I spoke with FedEx and they said the label was printed but they never got the package.
I have tried to reach Bell by phone to no success. I did wait on hold today (5/14/20) and was able to get someone on the phone. But as soon as they picked they said "Oh you're still there?" And then hung up the line. So basically I waited on hold for 52 minutes and still am in the same position.
I don't know if they have sent the package and think the order is been completed or if they are still waiting to deliver to FedEx.
I submitted a ticket online and they said someone would reach out to me in 5-7 business days but it could be longer.
So I don't know.
Terrible terrible experience.
Nobody answers at customer services and now it is 8 weeks still waiting! Emails are unanswered. Stay away!
