Very Very bad! POOR QUALITY!
Very Very bad! I purchased a bed 6 months ago and the leg became too slippery after 4 months and the sideboard is now broken after another 2 months!
I'm extremely upset that I had to sleep on the floor because of this! My back hurts because of this!
I asked for a refund so I could buy a bed somewhere else and all they want, is to send a new part and give back €30,-. Or a new part and 60€ voucher for three months of use.

I have asked them what would happen if it happens again in six months and they said, we will come up with another solution.
So they expect to send a new part every time something breaks. This is making people sick! Upset and tired! I don't want to install a bed every six months. A bed is supposed to be a place where you can rest, not give STRESS!
The worse thing about Beliani is that they have curb side delivery! So not only do I have to install this bed again, I also have to go all the way downstairs and bring it up myself. ( with a back that hurts because of them!)
POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE!
