Well i just got on beezid about 2ish hours ago for the first time spent 27 on bidz and proceeded into the game idk if they are just trying to lure me in but i got an ipoddock/soundsystem thingy and 4 gig ipod shuffle and working in beds and total of about 45 dollars id say decent buuut... i do agree you gotta be smart about bidding on there i notice the easier things to do is just go for a small item not only watch your other bidders but thnk about the item... if its worth 150 and you have already thrown away more than 15 bidz its not worth it... but it is a gamblers site diligence... well might pay off in the end lmfao ima keep using it but only when i got the extra coin to throw like 50ish into it but over all i enjoyed my experience sorry to everyone else it does seem to put alot of people out of money

Well, for the last 3-4 weeks, i've been going in and out of beezid.com. One year ago i did the 10 free bids and never came back to it. This year i had some extra cash and i always like a good bargain, i received a phone call from beezid and they offered me 500 free bids with my purchase of a bundle, i went to the website and saw that 500 bids cost $300, so i took the bribe, cause come on free $300 bucks. And the sales guy guaranteed that i will win something and we spent 20 minutes on the phone talking about strategies. 2 weeks one day ago i saw an interesting item, an apple ipad. Those are expensive and the bid just started, i took the sales men strategies and surprising to me, i won, for the amount $88 plus shipping which was $19, it took all of the 500 bids that i got free from them plus about half of what i originally bought, so out of my pocket was roughly $280. In my mind and in my pocket books 'mind' i saved money, cause a new apple ipad does not cost $280 bucks. So i claimed the item and it states that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Well today i just started on my 3rd week. And i should be receiving my new ipad this week. I have confidence that i will receive my item, but after reading alot of negative reviews i got worried. But everytime i call beezid during business hours, they always answer and respond to my questions accurately. I will keep who ever is interested updated after i get my ipad, well if i get it. We'll see, i will respond to my review later on this week.

Surely un-believable
October 11, 2010

Surely un-believable. Seeing the ad on TV made me stop and think. After signing up and spending TWO of my ten free bids, It was very entertaining.

It didn't take long to see that this was the largest scam I had ever seen. If the people actually bidding on this crap are really living, then I am sure to have a long adn healthy career online. " Buy bids " Then click them away. LOL!

And get this, they auction bids. $ 70 worth which ended for $ 54.00. That poor sucker just spent $ 54 to bid on something he will never get. LOL!

I am seriously looking to start a website like this for myself, HOWEVER. You will buy your bids and maybe, maybe just get lucky and get to buy the item for twice as much as retail price, LOL! LOL! LOL!

I feel bad for those who lost there money on this, I figured this out in TWO free bids, imagine if I had taken $ 100 to figure it out.

I feel very sorry for the people here who wasted money on beezid to learn their lesson. Anyone with a basic working knowledge of mathematics and human tendency instantly sees the bull$#@! Flowing freely from this gambling-equivalent cesspool.

Facts:
Bids COST YOU around seventy cents to a dollar each.
You may bid in increments of ONE CENT.
Placing of a bid RESETS THE TIMER!

As soon as I found out the three basic tenets of the beezid constitution, I threw my head back and laughed. "You could spend more money BIDDING than you actually PAY for the item!"

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Beezid is too good to be true, and I'm not a cent poorer for it. Need more be said?

Well I won and auction for a 25.00 Visa gift card. Took 20 days for the item to arrive. I went to use the item and it was denied. The clerk called th # that came up and was advised the card was part of a fraud investigation. No response from BEEZID on this issue. What a Rip Off.

BeeZid is a joke
September 7, 2010

BeeZid is a joke. I have never bee unsatisfied with an auction site. I bid and bid and bid and bid. I finally gave up. I seen that the timer was going to end. I placed my final bid and I won the auction. I was satisfied at that point. I waited and waited after paying for it. I never received the item. They said that they sent it and that it must have gotten lost in the mail. I guess I was fooled. I lost 40 dollars plus the 3 dollars I paid for the winning amount. Anyway, to make a long story short I was ripped off and will never use them again. I posted the facts on a forum and was told more about the issue from others in my situation. I now use three other sites. I use www.midpenny.com, www.quibids.com, www.swoopo.com

I have never won anything at swoopo but I just started using them. I have heard a lot of good things and I don't play unless I do my research. The only three I suggest are those three above. Do your research before taking on a site like this.

OMG
September 5, 2010

OMG. Why oh why didn't I check this site out before I went to it and spent my hard earned money! It is a true rip off. I have used many other websites for auctions and saw this on on T. V. and thought it was probably one of those sites that was not exactly as advertised but never did I think it was this bad or I was so stupid.

Trust me, unless you just want to give away money, in which case write a check to a charity, DON'T GO TO BEEZID.COM!

My review will be simple and to the point.

I assure you i don't work for any penny auction nor affiliated to any of this type of business. Think what you like, since it takes a full analysis to judge your own point of view.

First point here is if you looking for a hint if you gonna get a deal, the answer is YES. But you will have to fully understand what happens in these type of bids. Just knowing the surface of how it works, won't help you much. You will have to understand the full aspect of it, which i am not here to teach you that. If you planning on getting a IPAD or a 50~70" plasma for 10 bux, Go play the lottery, but still you'll have less chance of getting something from that type of game. If you feel anxious and can't wait to play, go try playing poker on a high stake table without the knowledge of the game.

My point is this: Know the foundation of this, rules, strategies, and then start bidding accordingly to your knowledge. Assuming this site is not botting (AI auto bidding) the chances are high if you play your cards right. I think this is a great site and i dunno if they do BOT (AI). If they do, shame on them. If they don't then maybe i'll be a customer in the future. So far i have won over 400% of my investments back from selling my stuff on ebay. Your loss, my win.

Whoever created the concept of a pennyauction i give my hands.

Beezid could rot in^#!&%&*$%#! FOR like i care. But please do your homework before talking crap about all other penny sites. I am just tired of looking at all these non sense reviews of how much the company made or totaling the gains of a company. This is basically an idea that generated lots of capital to the person whois selling just like buying a TV in BestBuy and then in some other around the corner pap&mom store selling cheaper. This is a Gamble+Bids combined type of auction. Keep that in mind before you go and start bidding on these type of of sites.

Peace

I think some of us should be reminded of the "FAIR's" we went to as children or Adults... recall those penny stalls with the Darts you have to land on a Card or the floating Ducks you have to throw a ring around the neck or the Rifle to hit the target?... Well, we know the darts are dull... the ducks weighted and other tricks however, we still spend to get that cheap soft toy or the grand prize a Huge stuffed animal... I recall spending 30.00 determined to get that big beauty (worth approx 15.00 retail not wholesale)... for my little boy and coming away with a consolation prize instead... lol... sometimes the guy at the stall will sell you the darn thing (for more than it is worth of course) just have to ask him and after you spent 50$ trying to win it...
Beezid, QuiBids & the rest of those penny auctions to me works on the same concept..."the thrill of the bid". The idea/thrill you might win that big fluffy animal (TV or whatever)... while spending more & more & more... This site should NOT be called an AUCTION site or PENNY AUCTIONS for it is NOT and AUCTION site at all that aone is a misconception... It is a "TRY YOUR LUCK" site and as far as I can tell those names coming up clickiing way to often for cheaper items are no more than weighted Ducks (BOTS)...

This concept is not new if you have ever gone to the "Fairs or Carnivals"
I have been a Seller mainly on ebay for 13 years and a buyer occasionally and as much as I hate them for the high fees and endless rules from the buyers point of view it is FAIR and you do get what you have paid for and never walk away with NOTHING for your money and should you, you then have eBay itself on your side protecting your investment all the way... Honest & Fair to the buyer and you get what you spend your money for, not walk away, having made a bunch of freeloaders rich...

Bids are too expensive especially since you usually have to bid a few hundred times to actually win something. I spent $40 on 50 bids, I even followed the strategies. It's fun if you like gambling though.

Its a scam pure and simple. I tried it out with the free bids they give you for signing up. I did win something but it was mailed to me from buy.com. So essentially they list an item and sell you bids to try and win it. Once you have wasted $100 in bids, like 50 other people they then buy it online and have it mailed to you. So they are making 300+% profit on it. They are also giving away bid on Facebook for people to write good reviews about their site so don't be fooled by those who are saying good things about it. Those people writing good reviews are most likely only doing it for 500 free bids and not out of sincerity.

Beginning in early August Beezid.com started to pay people for posting their own positive reviews on the website. Those whose reviews made it to the top 3 were paid more. I foolishly participated. The comment and review above are complete fabrications. Beezid.com is a dishonest place. They use bid bots in their auctions, don't believe me a quick stop to alexa.com will reveal that a percentage of their traffic comes from India, where there workers bid on last second auctions prolonging them so Beezid makes more money (beezid also payed workers to post reviews on alexa.com) If you want to use a penny site use wavee, sellmoo, bidblink, ragingbid, orkaya. Just don't give your money to dishonest thieves, and for the record Beezid never paid me for having a top review.

I used all 10 of my free bids in the cherry auction before I actually bought bids to bid on the "real" auctions. The auction lasted about a half an hour with 10 seconds to go the whole time. I only placed a bid as the "going" appeared. Eventually I ran out of bids and imagine that. 7 bits later the auction closed. The computer site waits for u to run out of bids then a fake winner actually wins it. Dont be a fool... ITS A SCAM!

I was foolish enough to sign up for this nonsense and cannot even believe this site lasted as long as it has. There is absolutely no doubt that they will be shut down by some sort of government law enforcement agency soon. This scam is nothing more than a fixed lottery scheme where fools(like me) are dumb enough to see the so called win prices on some of these items, like an iPad for sixty some bucks. When someone eventually looks closely at this crap, probably with the use of some kind of warrant they will uncover that these so called birders who won auctions at amazingly low prices are either part of the company or automatic blockers built into the game once in a while to make it appear that the bidding has ended. Either way it costs these scanners nothing because they don't have the item on hand anyway. I am going to take my sleezid bids to Vegas where the house is more honest. Good luck to my fellow victims.

People are getting slaughtered on this site each bid cost right at 80 cent and each time the bid goes up one cent it cost some one 80 cent so if a item went for lets say 100 dollars that 10,000 bids at the cost of 80 cent each so that would be 10,000 x. 80 =8,000 so that 1000 dollar item just turned the company a 7,000 dollar profit watch out for scams folks

Internet consumer fraud reporting site link above. Please report this site as an illegal lottery site. They are not auctioning but taking money for a prize just like the lottery since no one gets their money back. Unlike an auction, you don't lose money if you don't get your bid. That is illegal. They can't take money and call it an auction since you didn't get anything. Why are people not reporting these scammers? This is illegal.
