I did not get what I ordered after calling the company and have their receiving help me submit my order online. Now they won't let me return the items not will they refund me. How can a company with this poor of customer service stay in business. Also I ordered a 6 pack but instead received two beers, veggie straws, mustard, one beef stick and kraut. Also NONE of this was requested in my order. Trust me, there are better websites to order from and this company is sure to rip you off!
I ordered the Deluxe Wine & Cheese Snack Crate for a special occasion, and it did not reach my expectations. The presentation was poor, and the variety of cheeses was mostly oily and out of date products. The snacks included were spoiled and ruined the occasion.
