This site is ridiculous and I will never be ordering from here again. If you order something low on stock they allow you to purchase the item, however there might not be enough to ship to you. In that case they just cancel your order and don't let you know they did until about a week later. I tried to order it again and they said they'd send it to me overnight, and the same thing happened AGAIN! You'd think the people who just ordered would be first on the list to get the restocked items but no they just CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND DONT TELL YOU. Ridiculous, I will never try to buy an item from here again.

I still have the receipt. The image on the receipt isn't the one i received. Scam!
Bebe used to be my favorite store, it's closing. I think they changed their designers, the clothes aren't as good as these clothes they made before.
I bought a lot of bebe clothes before. Now, i am just browsing the website, not buying anything.

I ordered 5 items on Nov 11 and returned them all without even trying on 3 of them (i had ordered different sizes). I returned them on December 10. On December 16th they processed 1 refund for 1 item and emailed me that two were stained. I asked HOW if I didnt even try those on? They said "sorry they are stained sending back". They sent it back and I could not find a stain ANYWHERE. Then on January 16th I got an email that the 4th item is stained (ok it took them one month to process and find another mystery stain?). I have yet to hear back on the 5th item and they do not answer the phone or give you the run around. I am going through my CC for a refund and never buying from them again!

I brought online items, but it isn't like what im expected. I started return on Dec 10,2017, and BEBE got this items back on Dec 26,2017. But until now, JAN 11,2018, i still this not get any update about refund even i wrote the email on Jan 5,2018 and BEBE customer service wrote email back they will up date for me in 24 -48h,( LIARS!). On Jan 11,2018, im call back to ask about my refund, they just said me dont worry and wait for 5 business days more. I feel like im have to BEGGING BEBE to get my money back. I WILL NEVER WANT TO SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

I ordered two jumpsuits in two different sizes because I did not know which would fit better, well I only ended up taking one out of the package and trying it on and did not like the way it looked so I returned both jumpsuits. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything nor had I received a refund so I contacted them and they claimed I stained BOTH jumpsuits and that they were going to return the items to me and not issue me a refund. I responded highly upset and asked them how was I able to stain both when I only opened one. Well they insisted that I stained them and that their quality control is top notch - not so. In the end since they refused to issue me a credit I told them not to return the items back to me because I would not be accepting them and I contacted my credit card company and told them the full story and they ended up getting me my refund back. DO NOT settle for their bull crap claims! Contact your credit card company and let them help. Bebe is a scam nowadays!

I don't have anything different to say than the other previous clients of the online bebe shopping. I returned 2 tops. Received a refund for one. I wondered why. Contacted them only to hear "there is an unusual circumstance" - the top has skin flakes on it! What the hell?! Liars! I tried on the top which took 2 minutes and took it off. It didn't fit. Placed it neatly in the bag and sent them both back. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

I was given a bebe purse as a gift. After 1 day of normal wear, the clasp on the belt broke. After 3 days, one of the handles completely tore apart revealing that the strap was held inside the rivets by TAPE. I am attaching the images so you can see for yourself. Avoid this brand at all costs!

I CANT BELIEVE THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. I GOT A DRESS THAT I RETURN BECAUSE IT DID NOT FIT ME AND THEY SAID THAT THE DRESS HAS A STAIN. SO THEY ARE GIVING ME A RUN AROUND FOR MY REFUND. I DON'T THINK THIS IS RIGHT. THEY ARE SCAMMING COSTUMER. I WILL NEVER BUY SOMETHING FROM BEBE AGAIN!

I've been shopping bebe stores and online for 10 years. Never had a problem before. When they closed stores in us I was very sad... since than I've ordered online once and it will be the last time :) after returning my jumper because it was not fitting me, they refused to give me a refund, saying it had stains. (white jumpsuit with tags never used it tried once put it back in a bag and shipped it) I'm not a person who uses things and returns them back. I've probably spend 40k over 10 years at bebe... and returned couple items with no problem online and in stores. I guess now they are so desperate for a money they are scamming you :) like underground retailers from china :( 130$ waisted on jumpsuit that doesn't fit me, will not kill me, but loosing customers like me and others above will kill bebe :) ... btw it's been a month since than, the jumpsuit they made me to buy I just found out is on its way... previous customer service lady two weeks ago said the same :) this is worth than Chinese retailer:(bey bebe I'm done with you...

The WORST customer service ever... no help at all, they dont honor any returns or exchanges, they hang up on you all the time, you cant even get a supervisor on the phone. I even sent over a friend and instead of giving me the 200 pts they offer - they only gave me 100 and when you show them proof of the pts - they said im mistaken and that they did honor the pts.
God forbid you file a credit card dispute with them - they will ban your account from any future orders, even after 5 LOYAL yrs.
Also their sizing is inconsistent! And the help reps on the chat have NO CLUE what they are talking about... tell you to get a size and it turns out you needed another one BUT they wont honor exchanges so they ROB/STEAL your money. Worst company ever. Going to report them to bbb and every possible media outlet out there. No wonder they are going out of business. I was a customer for 5 yrs and this is how they treat their customers. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered clothes from Bebe online hated the fabric and returned them. CHEAP and See through. 2 weeks later I get an email that one of my items cannot be returned because of scent. Wth! I'm pissed. Don't order from this company they will scam you!

I've been a loyal bebe customer for years. Their return policy has never been the greatest, but then again I didn't return much because I was able to try it on in the store. I ordered two dresses online, as they no longer have stores. I didn't like the material of one, and didn't even try it on! The other I tried on and it was just ok. Just way different than pictured. So, I decided that at a $119 price point, I'd send it back too since I didn't love it. I went down to fed ex office, spent $12 to insure my return, well within the refund period of time, and sent it back to bebe. Two days later I got a confirmation email from fed ex saying it was delivered. No email from bebe. A full three weeks later, I get an email from bebe and coincidently they are both "stained" and won't be accepted! Really bebe? All tags still attached and one not even tried on? This is clearly a scam! I sent them an email calling them out on this and telling them that after being a loyal customer and spending thousands over the years I'm completely done with them. I haven't received an email back, so they clearly don't care and I'm sure are planning to discontinue thier online service soon. So disappointed, but a lesson learned I guess. I'd sell my bebe stock now if I had any...

Geez I thought I was the only one! I ordered a little over $800 worth of stuff including two different sizes of leggings since their sizing is so inconsistent now. I of course returned the pair that didn't fit and kept the one that did. Just like others have stated, nearly a month later they sent them back to me claiming the item was worn! HUH? How could I wear something that doesn't fit & why would I keep the other pair?! Not only that but the tag was attached to the OUTSIDE of the pants! In nearly 20 years of shopping at Bebe this has NEVER happened! I was seriously SHOCKED and humiliated that I was being ACCUSED of something that didn't happen! This company SUCKS now!

SO LATE I READ THESE REVIEWS! I bought some items like $600 and returned 1 blouse and 1 bodysuit... then almost after a month they sent it back to me claiming they have and odor... when i couldn't even fit it in one of them... i called and sent emails and no responses i checked bebe online reviews on google and too late! I found out about the latest scams BEBE are doing, it is so sad they turn into a horrible company! After so many years... not more for me! I only lost $52.00... good luck bebe customers... time to look somewhere else safe!

BEBE IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!

I purchased two separate pairs of black jeans and had returned them both. I only received a refund on the one so I called in regards to the other. Just like the other reviews, they said they were sending it back because there was a stain on it! Really?! How are you seeing a stain on jet black jeans that were only tried on once?! This company has become fraudulent! I sent an email- no reply. I called for a manager and no one was available and left my number for a call back- no reply. Seeing that this company has closed all their stores and the current service being provided, I give this company less than a year for them to go belly up! Sad thing is that these employees won't have jobs but I still will have mine! Is that extra buck worth losing it all Bebe?

Ordered a dress and a top together which I had a discount for. But the dress order got cancelled by Bebe. I only got an email about the cancelling of the dress order. I had no idea why. When I checked the website, the dress still shows available online.

I purchased a 3 items from Bebe online. I kept one, and sent back two. They only refunded me for 1 item. I was confused why the refund amount was so little (no email was sent about what they were refunding) and they responded that there was a stain on the bodysuit. I'm sorry- but unless it was sent to me stained, there is no way I could have stained it in the 1.9 minutes I had it on just to try on. They won't even listen to you. No compromising. No one time courtesy. They're terrible and now I know why all stores are closed. Step up your returns Bebe. And if you don't have a store for us to go to return our stuff to, return shipping should be free! Never shopping here again!

A lot of bebe stores have gone out of business, leaving the only way to buy online. I placed an order online for a jumpsuit. I used the fit calculator on the website, which recommended one size down from my usual size. I placed the order, received the jumpsuit and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabric. It was so thin and wrinkled and not worth the $115 that I spent. I went to return the item, only to find out that it was "final sale". How can you make a regular price item final sale? When I called to talk to customer service they had absolutely no way to help me. It's 2017 - step up to the plate and figure out how to let your customers make returns when they are unhappy with their purchase.
