458 socom upper is absolutely sick along with primal suppressor. No issues feeding or ejecting. Loves 300 gr hp hornady. Great accuracy would buy again
Ordered a 350 Legend upper with 2 - 20 rd magazines. The upper was beautiful and seemed well machined. One of the magazines arrived with a spring busted. TRIED all avenues to contact customer service for a RMA. They only replied with a generic instruction guide on returning products. However when selecting the product for return, it will not allow me to proceed because the order still says "Processing". It was delivered 2 weeks ago! We only have 30 days to return. No one will EVER answer their phone and no one will personally reply. I'm done with these folks. Too much quality competition out there to screw around with this mess!
I recently bought a BCA upper, which is made of good quality materials. I love this upper on my lower build and it is very accurate.
I purchased a 6.5 Grendel Upper, with side charging handle and also ordered an AR 15 Lower for my 300 Blackout. I'm absolutely amazed at the shooting accuracy of the grendel. And my 300 Blackout is much happier at the range than in the back of the safe. I have my eye on another upper. Probably in the next couple weeks. Thanks Bear Creek Arsenal for your professionalism and attention to detail. Top Shelf all the way.
These guys make some great uppers and barrels. Can't comment on other things, since that's all I've gotten from them lol. The fit and finish of the upper parts are nice.
The picture of this beauty is my G23X build, using a BCA G23 Stainless Threaded Barrel. After mating the barrel and slide, it functions flawlessly and is VERY accurate.
I'll be getting more BCA products in the near future!
The best type of rifle is one that goes boom, boom, boom! I own 2 BCA rifles and have used their parts in a couple builds. They make a great product at a very reasonable price. I recommend their 416r stainless barrels. I also really like their handguards!
I have purchased from BCA before, my latest purchase was the AR-15 Upper Receiver Side Charger with BCG. I purchased this for a build/modification that I was doing on my AR-15. I went with the side charger because of the price and it came as a complete assembly. Now this side charger is a great addition for any build/modification. I say this because now my firing hand can work from one station and I can keep my eyes on the target as I work any malfunctions, magazine drops and clearing the firearm or just placing it on safe. If you are shooting for time/competition this would be a great upper receiver to look into. The staff is also great my side charger bolt assembly wasn't compatible with my AR-15 and right away the staff started working my concern without me having to turn in the entire assembly. I highly recommend BCA.
Purchase to complete AR uppers. One was chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor which jammed the very first time it was fired and every single time it was fired thereafter. Second was chambered and 762 by 39 firing pin snapped 22 rounds into it. Been trying to contact the company for 2 months now for warranty work no response no reveal.
I was submiting an order and mistakenly click on a different item and once you pay. Cant cancel it take me over 20 calls the whole day to speak with a pretty meaningful person who tell me I need to wait until the order arrives to call and make a return order to send it back on my expenses and being replaced. The item I want is on tbe same price as the one I mistakenly click.
Bear Creek Arsenal will be referenced as BCA.
Original order item was listed having 5 units In Stock. The order was not shipped until the 9th day. BCA logged payment received on June 22,2023. The order was shipped on July 6,2023. When I sent a Customer Service (online form) asking about speeding up the process, the only response was an auto-reply. The following paragraph is from BCA:
"All orders received are processed immediately, however, depending on the number of orders received can increase our processing time. We request our customers give us 1-14 business days to process their order, however, we typically respond sooner as we recognize the importance of your loyalty and wish to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible." Doesn't make much sense for an item that had 5 completed units in stock. At one point the 'In Stock' count grew to 6.
I received my order on July 11,2023. The packaging was intact showing no signs of damage. The product inside was damaged during manufacturing. The MLOK Rail is bent near the gas block assembly. The overall finish is obviously blemished. Photos attached.
When I contacted Customer Service (same process as above) I received the same auto-reply response. The following paragraph is from BCA:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization
O If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for store credit, exchange, or repair. Start by completing an RMA Form.
· Video Tutorial - How to Process a Return
The Video Tutorial is on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eR2B27WtoZM
The video shows that when clicking on the Order Number a page opens with a 'Return' link. This is not the case (see attached screen shots). I have repeatedly sent this information to BCA, receiving the same non-working solution. I have asked to be personally contacted either by phone or email, but nothing happens.
I have bought over 6 uppers form bear creek Arsenal. And at first shipping was some what fast. I mean it was only like a few days. I mean I live near Charlotte Nc. And bear creek arsenal is in Stanford North Carolina. It's like a 3 hour drive from me. And the shipping got really fast for 3 I bought it's was like I would order on a Friday and get it by Saturday morning and then I ordered a upper that was on sale and it took a week to get. And for some reason when I ordered a 308 that cost near 400 dollars it was shipped the same day! It's like this company only ships fast if you spend a lot of money. And about 2 weeks I order a lower and it took like 7 days to get and I sent them my email and they responded that it takes 1 to 14 business days that's their company policy and this past time I ordered a pistol lower and it's been like nine days. I'm seriously thinking about not ordering from this company anymore. I mean I hate to be this way, but I don't live halfway across the country and I can order stuff from a California company and get it in like four days, I mean I live in North Carolina. It's only a 3 Hour Drive to Stanford from where I live at. And for some reason when I send them an email they finally ship it. It's like they are forgetting or your order is getting lost or not enough help at their business. I mean, I'm not trying to say that I'm not the only one that orders from Bear Creek Arsenal. They need to do a better job and I hate to make this my last purchase because they have quality lowers for very cheap prices.
Purchased 223 W upper last month. It was shipped fast fit well and shot well. Only put 60 rounds through it so far but didn't skip a beat. Seams to be pretty accurate (as far as I can tel with iron sights)
Bought two rifles: 300 blackout and 223 wilde. Both perform well for there designated tasks, customer support is excellent. Will be purchasing another!
I have purchased two uppers from BCA, both have been exceptional. My first build was a 6.5 Grendel for hunting deer and the second was a 223 Wylde for plinking metal. Shipping was fast and the products were well packaged. BCA offers some of the best mid-range budge friendly hole punchers out there. I highly recommend BCA for anyone looking to build what you want at a decent price point.
Have purchased two complete uppers and definitely plan on more. I have.450 bushmaster and.223 wylde, but of great quality.
I bought the barrel based on Officer Greg's YouTube review because I needed a barrel I could shoot lead or polymer coated bullets through. The barrel appears to be more accurate than the factory barrel but I have no proof other than my personal feelings. The factory barrels for Glock, while excellent quality, foul badly because of their rifling design. The Bear Creek barrel solved the problem at a very economical price point.
Got 2 556. And a 450 bushmaster and I'm about to order a 7.62. Highly recommend for budget builds. Down fall, slightly heavy. But perfect for hunting or just target
I purchased a BCA AR10 complete SS upper in 6.5 CM in December. I initally had some issues with the upper but BCA customer support was great and helped me out. I've waited a few months to write a review so as to fully test the upper. WOW! After some load development the BCA upper is shooting 1/4 to 1/2 MOA consistantly to 300 yards! Wow, for an inexpensive upper I really didn't expect the quality and accuracy I'm enjoying! Can't say enough positive about BCA!
Ive seen a lot worse for a lot more money. Great firearm for the price, very reliable and fun to shoot.

Answer: George, if you've ordered from BCA and not received your order nor any helpful communication or responses like myself and others, I encourage you to document your correspondence and help us report BCA to the NC Attorney General's office. If enought of us do this, maybe BCA's management will start to notice that this is beyond just bad customer service. More info here: https://ncdoj.gov/file-a-complaint/consumer-complaint/
