Received my upper quickly and was able to track its trip from their place to mine. The upper appears very nice and seems to function as it should. It feels solid and I am excited to get out to give it workout. Quality seems to be very good and well built. Will definitely be looking at others down the road. Already have three other uppers and a BCA 10 lower which are great and very dependable.

I've left (6) messages with their customer service number over the course of a month. No one calls back. No one ever answers the phone no matter if it's in Customer Service or in Sales. I've sent emails - no response. Complete sham.

Ordered AR15 Lower from BCA. Arrived at shop quickly and was packaged well. Item is as described. And does not appear to have any scratches or blemishes.

Recently purchased a BCA branded 3x9x40 scope w/lockable turrets. Man, what value for your money. More than expected, came with rings and lense cleaning cloth, ect. I like it! Thanks, BCA.

Ordered AR-15 Nov 24th 2022 from BCA. It took them 20 minutes to charge my card. Product finally arrived in AZ 3 weeks later. Had to be sent back (not going to expand on that, this is for their customer service, alone) to BCA for a full refund. BCA got their product on on Dec 27th 2022 at end of day. I verified this with the tracking number I provided BCA with, their response was we have not received it. I then provided BCA with tracking number, tracking history, and proof that one of BCA employees' signed for return. After countless UNANSWERED calls and emails, here I am Jan 6th 2023 no gun (cuz it was a 10lb paper weight) and no refund. BCA was excellent when charging me for product but try and get them to do the right thing by their customers is beyond their ability to be good merchants. Shame on you BCA (Bear Creek Arsenal)! I will make sure every single person I come across in the shooting ranges knows what type or merchants you actually are BCA.
