I bought a BnB Supporter bike carrier (for car) from them and a few smaller things (like lights). They shipped it (very large box weighing about 12kg) from Perth to Brisbane free in 4 days, which was faster than expected (especially with the current Covid-19 complications).
Two weeks later I had both brackets on both rear bike lights crack (one fell off while riding). I made contact to tell them, and they refunded me for both lights within 3 hours.
Great service (and great price on the bike carrier).
