Bay Smokes is horrible! I received an offer promotion for a free product and just pay shipping. They offer a same day shipping if an order is received before 2pm. I placed my order in the early morning to take advantage of same day shipping. Unfortunately my order sat all weekend in their processing warehouse and didn't ship until 3 days later. I was overcharged for shipping and customer service is a joke. Instead of trying to make it right they make excuses for their $#*!ty customer service and gaslighting the customer saying they shipped when it wasn't. I will never buy anything from Bay Smokes again. Avoid! They have an F BBB rating. Buy from Mood. Wonderful products, stellar reputation, awesome customer service, fast shipping and delivery.

I saw a promo for baysmokes, and i tried it. Worst company ever moldy flower. I tried diff platform called liteflake, came through correct. Use them instead. Baysmokes is a sh*t show.

I placed an order a week ago and still haven't received the order. They emailed me saying they're bumping it to the front of the line but still nothing.#BS******* do not order form this place

It took filing a complaint with the Miami-Dade Attorney Generals' office to get them to cancel my order and refund my payment after 2 weeks of customer service bull$#*! about accidental back order...even after I agreed to accept another product, they still didn't ship. There are so many choices for these products - find somewhere else to purchase!

They messed up a big order I spent a lot of money and they won't make it right they Dodge you on emails my guess is they think you'll forget about it very hard to get in touch with anybody the numbers you call don't work try another company there's a thousand of them out there after ghosting me for 2 weeks I called my credit card company and disputed it and what do you know the next day but they respond what a coincidence yeah right. Shady business tactics and even worse customer service do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else

Ordered from them a week and day ago and, still no shipping #. Buyer be warned what they say vs what they do are entirely separate.

Scammed, bought a ounce of med premium bud. Received smalls/shake mid absolute garbage. Would sent it back but it would take another 9 day prob. Not worth my time or apearently money anymore. This is coming from a longtime user the past few months has been issue after issue. Gone downhill

Ive ordered from them 4 other times. Once they only sent me 7 grams instead of an oz. But they corrected it and resent my oz. This time I ordered over 2 weeks ago and it says still being processed. I messaged them and now they are saying my ordered was canceled and my money refunded. I have not received my money back and it still says being processed not canceled. This is the last time I order from them. All they did was rob me dont trust them this business sucks and not professional.

Will not refunnd you and wil leither short you or not ship at all or for 3 months. This is a blantant scam check any other review site. There reviews are fake and there customer service is absolutely horrible and rude
