I purchased batteries for my two scooters, which take a total of 4 batteries, two of them worked fine, the other two would not charge. I call the company they said to send them back for 2 new ones, when I sent them back they claimed that because there were solder on the terminals they would not honor the warranty, Mean while the batteries run together as one and have to be soldered according to the instructions. So they kept my money and batteries. I would not purchase anything from them. Dishonest

THE BATTERY WAS BUILT AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED WHICH IS FINE AS LONG AS THE CUSTOMER IS NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, NOT THE CUSTOMER ASKING WITH THE LONGER THAN USUAL WAIT TIME.
BATTERY WAS A DIRECT PLUG N PLAY PERFECT MATCH SIZE REPLACEMENT. WILL USE AGAIN KNOWING THE BATTERY IS MADE TO ORDER FOR LONGER USE.
