I called before ordering a replacement battery and discussed what battery I needed. Just trying not to take up space in a landfill. Then the wrong battery arrived.
Cost of battery: $37+ hst = $42
Cost for individual to return without a prepaid label $41 + hst $45.33
Cost of prepaid shipping Less than $9.00
Refund from company:
Amount paid $42 - $9.00 = $33
Cost to me $42.00
My shipping costs $45.33
So I can return it and OWE THEM $3.33 for NOTHING while they have their brand new, unused battery back and THEN they will sell me another replacement battery.
Company REFUSES to send me a return label even though I offered to pay the $9.00 as obviously their shipping costs are much less with their account.
