Takes a while to get battery to their warehouse in KY and only then for them to ship it.
Ordered a generic battery for cellphone and it seems to be losing charge too quickly, tho to be fair the instructions do say to put through 3 full charge/discharge cycles to "break it in".

Have not opened package have no comment at this time

INFORMATION ON PRODUCT WAS CLEAR & EASY TO FOLLOW. In an APC 800 back-up there is no room for error. The batteries fit perfectly.

Only complaint was that I paid extra for expedited shipping and received the product later than was expected.
