Easy to use site. Battery is bigger than the one it replaced. My mp3 backing is not sealed and bulges out, but it works.

8$ postage for a delivery that took 3 weeks?

I ordered these batteries for our IT Department and have not heard anything back from them.

Still no battery from the store. Ordered two of the same batteries on 3/6/19. One was delivered the other is still not here.

I have not received a battery from BatteryClerk yet that has had at least one if not all screw tabs broken/bent. I can make the battery work, but they seem to have issues during shipment or from the store.

My shopping experience couldn't have been any better I ordered my stuff it came promptly I got verification to everything when they got my order when it was delivered everything follow up on everything you can't want no more than that thank you Dan Zinkand.

Everything fine until you force me to leave this message before letting me proceed to checkout. Shopping experience should be left AFTER I receive the product and not before I even have it.

I cannot rate how I like them as I have not had time to install yet.

Took a month to get my order. Not good. If they would of told me up front it would be a month, I would of shopped elsewhere.

Just received this order.

While the outer packing was fine no marks or indents the battery itself was cracked with the plastic pieces inside the box, which would indicate to me it was sent defective. This is a lead acid battery and I am floored that it could have been shipped out in such a fashion. The battery has been safely disposed of and I will not be dealing with you again.

Happy with purchase and I will return for future items.
