I bought a Hercules from them and had a few questions. They always support me and answer promptly.
I Have tried over and over to have them reply to my emails. I can't get any help from them. I have several questions I have asked them to address prior to me purchasing a product from them. I feel that they are purposefully not answering my questions clearly. I am trying to buy a pump for my husband. I wanted to get him one for Christmas, but since I couldn't get my questions answered I've had to hold off and get him one for his birthday. This experience with this company has been stressful and a waste of time.
I asked if I could check their credibility online. They replied that there basically isn't any way to check. I just have to trust their "track record." The customer service rep couldn't even tell me how to check their track record. I am not buying from this site. Before you do, do your research
This is a bogus site. Do not buy from this site. I bought the hydropump 40X and it doesn't hold a suction. I am using it the correct way, so the company can't discredit me. It causes bruising from having to push it into my groin so hard since it doesn't work correctly. I asked if I could exchange it and I was told no. The other sites offer a 60-90 money back guarantee.
