The handles and bottom of purse are such good quality and left me a little disappointed on the fabric of the purse. I hoping for more of a coated canvas feel on the purse.

I could not receive my free shipping because there was no where to put Thankful code because I had another discount code, and there was only one spot for a code during checkout phase. I did not have a way to chat or contact a representative without voiding my purchases, which was a long process. I would like to receive my 6.50 credit for shipping I had to pay? Thank you.
