Shipping was very quick and I love my tote. It wasn't as big as I thought but that is my mistake and next time I will order the next size up.

The tote is amazing. FedEx is awful. I love in a gated building and they didn't come in to deliver. Left a note outside. I had to go to fedex to pick it up. This was really annoying but tote is great
Everything was good on this shopping experience, but it was a little different when I input my credit card, then the site had me enter my information again; I thought there was a mistake. The bag I ordered came just as shown on the site, delivered in the timeframe expected.
