Used gust code J*******379-YTGQO2UPKO2QOJRX for $15.00 off that the email said I had to use by 11:59pm CST on 1/31/20 which I did but your system would not accept it and I needed this ite for Valentines day. Please advise as to how you are going to handle this. Thanking you in advance.

I wish you had different font choices for personalization. I've ordered from you for 20 years and liked the previous font. I do not like the current font...but no other option.
The quality of the surface leather is satisfactory, but now the lighter colored "backing" is a poor quality leather -like product. Not sure if it is real leather. This is different leather than the products that I have ordered from Barrington in the past. The quality gets worse every time. You need to go back to using the same material you used in the past. I would pay more if it was good quality.
