This was my first Barrington purchase and it won't be my last! The package arrived wrapped beautifully and the quality of the St. Anne tote is incredible!
I was 100% unhappy with the product I received. I wrote my initials as I wanted them. My initials were flipped in the final product. There was a picture shown but I was focused on the writte. Information I provided. They told me they could fix it for an additional $25 and the cost of shipping. I have ordered numerous bags like this with my monogram and this has never happened before.
