I ordered the St. Ann Tote for my daughter as a Mother's Day gift. The tote arrived in a couple of weeks, she loved the bag. Great quality, so nice to be able to design a unique ( custom) gift. The pattern is even prettier in person, Love Barrington Gifts!

I love the two zippered St. Anne totes I ordered. They're even cuter in person. I didn't get a shipment notification. When I reached out to customer service, they were fast in responding and super helpful. I'm already planning my next purchase. I've got my eye on the legal pad cover!

My item was delayed. It was set to be delivered on a Thursday then all of a sudden it was in China! So it came several days later. No discount or promotion was offered for my inconvenience.

My second purchase

This was my first Barrington Gifts purchase but surely not my last! I love both my tote and wallet! I thought I goofed with my order details and reached out to customer service. They were quick to return my call and extremely patient and helpful.

Love it, great product.

The pop up letting you know what other people just purchased is really annoying and gets in the way of seeing the products. It ruins the experience. Building the bag or item isn't the smoothest experience and the pop up just frustrates you even more and gets in the way. But, I love your products and that's the important thing.

The shopping experience with Barrington was great, I'm just not a fan of FedEx for shipping. They kept messing up where my order was when I tried to track it and couldn't tell me where it was when I asked. It was also delayed 5 days from the original delivery date that they gave me.
