I had lots of trouble with your website when placing my order. Once order was placed, I received confirmation that it would be delivered three (3) days after I placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't receive my shipment until 8 days later.

I love my bag but I misunderstood and thought the main body of the bag would have a zipper. I think that would be a much appreciated feature as these bags are meant to carry several things and when traveling, especially using public transit, I would like the security of knowing if my bag tipped over, my things wouldn't go rolling everywhere. Otherwise, it's a great bag.

I find your website a bit confusing. Also, I never received an email order confirmation for my last order. The only way I knew the order went through is my daughter-in-law thanked me for the gift.

The wallet turned out cute, but the stripe is definitely a tad crooked. I plan to use it all summer.
Unfortunately, I did not read the list of features carefully. I was disappointed this wallet only contains 4 card slots compared to my last wallet of 12 slots. I will just have to keep them all loose as I have a bunch (insurance cards, multiple credit cards, gift cards, etc)
