I was pleased with the price that I finally got with the coupon, but I felt the initial price of the item would have been too much for the quality of the leather on the bag. Overall, I like the bag, the concept of designing my own, but feel that the leather looks a bit 'cheap.' I was also disappointed that it was obviously made in China, as my tracking number indicated do.
Loved the ability to customize the aspects of my handbag. Very simple tools to make it just how I'd like it. Turnaround time and delivery were much quicker than expected. Quality was good, however I do feel like some of the finishes were a bit cheap for the price paid. I'd be interested in buying more customized items from this site.

I love love love my bags I have bought for myself. Then I bought my daughter a bag and I am very displeased with the sizing. It was the jr size but for the pricing I figured the bag was a bit bigger than it is. This bag is so small she can't even use it for the intended purpose. I'm not a complainer at all but this bag cost almost $200 and it's HALF the size of the regular one. I honestly thought this bag was a bit bigger. Not worth the money spent at all!
