I bought a tote for myself and my mom loved it so much that I ordered her the same one for Mother's Day!

The selections function on the website was VERY difficult to successfully work with. The load time was EXTREMELY long, the selector feature failed to load images several times, and I had to start the build over multiple times. If I hadn't been recommended the product from a very close friend I would've given up and canceled the purchase. Hopefully the purchase/quality is worth the hassle.

Very fun and super easy! The only hard part is making a decision when there are so many fabulous options!

Had to chase my purse. Fedex put a sticker on my door with NO information. Called number and they told me to sign door ticket and leave on front door and purse would be delivered the next day. I was not delivered the next day. Called again. I was told my package was at the local Walgreen! Did not like having to chase my package for 2 days! Not sure why it could not be left on my front porch.
