I didn't realize that the products were shipped from China which increased the time to delivery. Perhaps that should be noted on your website so future customers are not surprised that it takes so long.
Don't think you need to require a signature I had to drive to a fed ex pick up location to retrieve my delivery.
I love Barrington and their product, I had a little trouble with the delivery since I had to sign for it, but other than that, a great product and it arrived quickly given the circumstances

I LOVE the bag. It is exactly what I wanted. I was especially surprised and happy to see that the monogram and stripe are printed onto the fabric rather than painted on top. My only complaint is that the bag arrived with a STRONG chemical smell. I wanted so badly to use it right away but had to hang it in my sunroom with the windows open for about three days before I felt like I could take it out in public without giving myself and everyone else around me a headache.
