I was super disappointed that this ended up being a product made in China as the website branding did a great job of making it seem like I was doing business with a Dallas oriented company. It's my fault for not investigating, but disappointing nonetheless. The calls I tried to make to talk about my issues were directed to a call center overseas. I was frustrated that it was delivered with a signature card because that meant FedEx made one attempt only to deliver and I wasn't there (had no idea it would be signature required). FedEx refused to do a second attempt because it was a "direct international delivery" plus they said the dollar value was extraordinarily high. I did not understand why it would be marked as such. So, that meant I had to drive to another town to the FedEx pick up and get the package. Taking an extra hour out of my day to go get the bag was another reason I might not recommend Barrington.
While I understand the concept of globalization and fast production, the fact that it was made in China and the frustration with delivery was just a dud for me.
For the price, I believe the product is as expected and I do like the options and personalization. So...I'm not sure if I'll order again or not. Maybe :)
I love getting to customize my bag and the south western print is something I haven't seen on any other bags. I love the shape of the bag and I have tons of space for all my stuff!
I had to contact customer service and they were PHENOMENAL! Quick to respond and very efficient in helping me solve the problem I was having ordering. Will for sure be ordering again!
Product was exactly as I expected. My daughter and granddaughter both have multiple purses and I already knew the quality and cost. They are extremely happy with them.

The bag I ordered is beautiful. I highly recommend Barrington Gifts. I will be ordering again. Delivery was fast.
The colors of the checks on the bag seemed to not be strong enough, the black wasnt quite dark enough and the brown took on an almost red tone. The zippers seem really cheap and don't glide that smoothly. For $200 I would have expected a little more. The leather portions are nice, and make me wish i would have just purchased an entire leather bag instead.
