Ordered two sports bras and one bathing suit in what I know is my size. None of them fit. Bathing suit was final sale and it costs $6.95 to return the bras. Was really excited because the way those items were advertised, it looked like I would finally be able to have sports bras and a bathing suit that fit. Apparently not and to have to pay for returns was just the cherry on top. Waste of money.
I placed an order for an item in a brand that I already own. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It did not fit. I put a review online and customer service responded with an automated AI response that was irrelevant and dismissive of my concerns. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one available. Waited 2 hours and no response. I placed a new order for 2 day shipping to receive Saturday - it will not arrive until Tuesday. Almost 1 week after my original delivery. $171 out of my pocket and I can wait until it's delivered and return it. They have my money and did not deliver my order on time.
They input my billing and shipping address wrong. Product was delivered in another city. The girl was rude and blamed me! She refused to issue a refund. Horrible experience.
I ordered from this place before and have had great experience. It is difficult for me to find bra's in my size. The bra ordered was apparently a final sale item and was sized in UK, the conversion didn't occur as I was using my phone. Customer service refused to help and now I'm stuck with a bra that is way too big.
This company is a joke. Easy returns? I don't think so! I've had to return twice now and each time they charge $6.95 to ship back. Already cost almost $15.00 just to ship I'll fitting bras back! NO THANK YOU. Last time I'll shop on this website. They're products don't fit correctly.
I love the selection of brands, the colors, styles, and that they have so many sizes! Getting bra's in my size has always been difficult and they carry many styles in my size that look nice and in many colors! I will always shop there and I will always recommend this place.
This is my first time ordering from Bare Necessities and their customer service is amazing. I ordered two bras and while they shipped it and the tracking said delivered, I believe the mailman put the parcel in the wrong locker and a neighbor took my package for themselves. I was really upset because I knew it wasn't Bare Necessities's fault as they did everything they were supposed to. My boyfriend was the one who called them because he saw how upset I was and the representative Kerri was so sweet! She issued me a refund so I could reorder the bras once the money is posted in my bank. I've been in a similar situation with a different retailer and they told me there wasn't anything they could do so I'm so grateful for Kerri! I haven't even received my order yet and I already know that I'm going to be a customer for life :)
3 weeks No merchandise. Taking my payment? 1day. Don't do business with them. You'll never see your merchandise!
Sent me the wrong size, returned it, to get the correct size, they sent me the wrong size again. I asked for a refund- they insist on store credit- even though it was their mistake. Spending half a day trying to get problem resolved.
I ordered 6 different underwire bras and was so excited when they finally arrived. The quality or lack there of was very disappointing. Very little support, the material seemed very cheap and the cups had wrinkles in them and you could see them through the shirt. In my opinion they were Wal Mart quality at best. Needless to say I'm returning all of them! If I have ANY issues returning these bra's that I paid oner $300.00 for I WILL contact the BBB!
I returned an item and they gave me a voucher, but it was for one day only. I have yet to replace the item or get my money back. It's been two weeks. Customer support email never goes through and you can't get anyone by phone. Always a busy signal. I will never Buy from this company again!
Refund of $300+ not received after emailing for help and canceling the order. It has been a week and there is no response to my recent email.
I typically use Bare Necessities to purchase bras since they have a big selection and I can find what I need. Along with that, anytime I needed assistance with a question, from the online chat, to a phone call, or an email, I have gotten excellent customer service every time. That's pretty amazing these days! I just contacted them about an order I placed shortly before I am supposed to go out of town. They changed the address for me and made everything so easy! That might sound small, but it's not. Try doing that with some other companies! Lol

We appreciate your additional tips! To clarify – We do offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more. As for returns, we do charge a $5 return fee for the use of our return label. I ordered two bras from this site unfortunately they did not fit, I emailed 5 times and have yet to have A response, I also tried posting my negative review and that has not showed up on their site. I am absolutely never ordering from there again, the lack of customer service is pathetic! So I am stuck with 2 items. I can not use.
Their fit match doesn't work / the bra sizes they sell don't match the same sizes sold in other stores. It is also a headache to return items.
I have ordered goods from BN and paid the money as well, but no confirmation provided. Moreover on logging in with my ID, now they are sayin - YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED?! Then WHERE the hell my money has gone?! NO Delivery date provided no confirmation provided?!
Even when you write, no one is responding back!

This company used to be Brayola and is now Bare Necessities. I can't begin to say enough amazing things about this company! I used their sizing guide and it was spot on correct, I've never owned a more fitting, comfortable, well made bra in my life! Loved it so much I've ordered 4 more, I didn't like one and chose to exchange it. I called customer service for help and she went way above and beyond to insure that I would get exactly what I wanted.
And I absolutely did. For any ladies looking for an amazing bra, I swear by these guys.

I placed an order and never received my package. According to their tracking #, my package was delivered and was dropped in the lobby of the building, where anyone has access, and was stolen. I was trying to contact their customer service for 2 days with the question of where is my package and why it was not delivered to my apartment and their response was that they are not responsible for the delivery. Any replacement will be dropped in the building again! Very rude and unprofessional! BE AWARE!

Answer: All of the products sold on Bare Necessities are direct from the manufacturer. Every single item we sell is legitimate and we do not ever sell knock-offs of any kind. Occasionally there are differences in product quality when a particular manufacturer makes modifications to the product specifications, but that would be due to the production of the garment, and not be attributed to purchasing from this reputable site. We are the largest online retailer of intimate apparel, and take great pride in consistently offering high-quality merchandise to our customers at an excellent value while providing superior customer service in each and every transaction. Answer: My only issue was the sizing, which even though it's not there fault, they have been amazing to work with. I will continue to order with them. Products are excellent quality, beautiful and comfortable. My size isn't available in a lot of places, but the ones where it is the bras have been horrible. One has scratchy material, another gives me headaches due to stress on my shoulders from the design.
Answer: I think we are all spoiled by Amazon's shipping and returns. Bare Necessities return process is not that bad, it's just not Amazon. (which of course Amazon does have the best shipping and return process I've ever seen!)

Answer: From my experience, they are website genuine items. This is based on the tags and also the fact that most brands like Calvin klein don't make items in my size. I will continue to order from them.
