Barclaycard are not fit for purpose. They sided with a scam company called Kiwi.com instead of protecting a loyal customer of over 40 years. I will never use them again. They promised to make a chargeback which they didn´t do and now expect me to pay them for something I was cheated out of.
Beware if you only pay the minimum amount required. I have had a Barclay card for many years and I will admit I have been paying the minimum amount for several months (except last September I paid £1,800 off). I received a letter telling me my credit limit is now reduced by £3,500 because I only pay the minimum amount. I believe this will affect my credit score as it will now appear that I have maxed out my card.
