Inaccurate Specification
The fabric is very low quality and extremely transparent. Regardless of the mesh openings for wind to pass through, it is still too transparent and unusable. I have expressed my dissatisfaction, but Banner Buzz has refused to issue a refund or address the issue.

Dont trust their delivery claims, bad support.
Paid extra for expedited delivery, and the item arrived past the date of the event it was to be used for. Customer service offered no support, and tried to claim policies that contradicted their actual communications to me and the statement on the order/invoice. Not a reputable company.

My Mesh Banner
I recently put an order in with Banner Buzz it was a fabric mesh banner the banner was made with absolutely beautiful colors and designed exactly the way I wanted it very prompt delivery service if anyone is looking for a banner I would highly recommend Banner Buzz.
I wasn't sure if they'd
I wasn't sure if they'd come up as shown on website, but they did and are perfect. Shall be ordering more. Delivery on time and rapid - as promised
Be aware of 1 inch +/- on the fine print. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately the banner was 1 inch wider than my specifications. When I sought resolution I was advised of fine print and that no resolution could be offered. The print colour was also off but at this point I will now use an alternative supplier for goods.

Order fell short of normal great standard
Had plenty of printed products before. These banners printed incorrectly with no proof sent. Total reluctance to redo these for us and take responsibility that they are wrong.

Wrong order and appallingly customer service
My order was wrong. I paid extra for background colour on my banner which did not happen. I have call numerous times and left messages and emails direct to your feedback team but nobody has responded! VERY POOR SERVICE
