Delivery too late for event
The impression I was given was that the window stickers I ordered would be printed locally but in fact they were printed and shipped fro India. Therefore the time it took to be delivered meant that i missed the event the stickers were for. Waste of time and energy

Setup process was unclear and confusing. Did not know the size takes into account the clear boarder around the cling so the image ended up being way to small. Quality seems good though. Shipping was over 10 days until arrival (there was bad weather understandable)
The quality of the images
The quality of the images was great. I have to reorder due to confusion with what part of the image needs to cling but no matter - these clings will be used with something else. Thank-you!

We used BannerBuzz to print our store front window...
We used BannerBuzz to print our store front window logo. It turned out perfect because all the help the BannerBuzz provided us. My image was a bit low on resolution. They could have just gone with it and let me waste my money. Instead, they reached out and made sure it was going to be perfect for us. We will be doing our printing with BannerBuzz from here on out. Quality, timely, meaningful customer service. Would recommend.

10/10 on creation to my spec. And speedy delivery. I was a little reluctant to place an order with BannerBuzz due to mixed reviews on here. However I was totally delighted when it arrived... feedback opportunities throughout the order's progress, feedback on my artwork and delivered via FEDEX within 1 week. And overall price was very competitive. I think the creation of my item was done in India so from there to Cornwall in less than 1 week was way better than expected. 10/10 all round from me.

Gorgeous color match and die cut window cling
I changed my order to change mailing address (I entered the wrong address in error). Then I called back to change/advance the delivery date. Both times, customer service was exceptional. Also, I really like how a proof was provided to show the color of my image, an explanation of what I was proofing, and lines for the die cut position I desired. The window clings arrived before the estimated time and look just as I imagined. Thanks so much for the outstanding performance.
Paid for 2 different orders.
Paid for 2 different orders. Was charged extra money both times. Sent the wrong size that I requested the second time and tried to make me pay for a new order again. Wouldn't refund my money as I asked and only offered me store credit. They also tore the second order and completely glossed over the fact that they did. I ordered a 15h by 30in wide die cut vinyl for a vehicle back window for mu customers business and the sent a 15x15 and tried to say that I had to pay more for a 30x30, when that is not what I ordered. This company is a hot mess.
