Event was on Saturday I paid extra money to have it here a week before time and it still hasn't arrived, very dissapointing
Worst
I'm sick and tired of repeating myself! I ordered online and I paid to have my product at my address on 6 October. Your company chose to not communicate with me and put my order on hold and then put me on. Ignore. So after I reached back out to your company, you took my order off hold and you changed my delivery date to 10 October. Then you decided to play more games with me and I did not receive my order until 14 October. So again your company is terrible and I will never ever purchase from you again and I will never ever recommend your company to someone else again. As I've stated in many messages to your company that you refuse to acknowledge I want my money back and everything has been turned over to my attorney!

Am wrapped that my stickers placed on plastic pottles are holding out beautifully whilst being given a quick gentle wash after use. I should get the longevity I was seeking.

Stickers are not as described
I received a sheet of kiss cut stickers when I ordered individual die cut stickers. After emailing customer service, I was told that they were what I ordered because they were "individually cut out on a single sheet." It's not possible to make a sheet of die cut stickers because die cut, by definition, means the backing paper is cut out to match the shape of the sticker. And I'm not sure who would ever consider a sheet of stickers to be described as single stickers because they are each individually cut out. By that logic, their sheet of stickers is just a full adhesive sheet with no cuts whatsoever. Regardless, I was refused a refund for the two separate orders I placed for these stickers which are useless to me because my customers are individuals and don't all live at the same address. Quality wise if you're ordering the stickers for some other reason, they're okay for the price, but the dimensions were off from what was ordered and the white border around the edges was much thicker than necessary.
Big deception
I am very disappointed. First the delivery said August 19-21. We needed this order by August 22. We choose you because of your fast delivery time frame. I uploaded a standard PNG file to create stickers. I tested 3 models, not knowing which one would be suitable and being very pressed for time. I was entitled to a postponement of my order via 2 or 3 graphics approvals. However, even though I approved, I was still asked for modifications. We ended up ordering stickers from a local graphic designer the day before. We received the BannerBuzz order on August 29th... ridiculous... Also, I had 3 types of stickers in my order, only 2 were delivered. I took the trouble to mention in my request: Go, we're in a hurry! This was the 1st and last order.
