But she was a fraud and my friend had to come all way from bareilly to Lucknow... your staff people are so cheap they don't even understand in what condition did he booked his ticket in tatkal and now he's coming back listinig your drama of purchasing a package... y do you people do so you never stay blessed by money I am so disheartened and you people don't deserve humanity.
