I bought a jacket that I loved in the photos. I was very excited waiting for that but when it was delivered I felt immediately it was wrong. A small package tightly wrapped couldn't be my jacket. It was. It came wrinkled and full of creases. The fabric is thin and nothing to do with what we saw in the photos. I am a bit disappointed.
Don't waste your money ordering from this company. Item never received, emails ignored & no refund offered. Terrible service. Rip off merchants.

Ordered product under what I thought would be advertised shipping, order date 2/8/16 shipped 2/12/16. Fine enough until my tracking is never updated to find out a new shipping date of 2/18/16. Contacting customer support they looked further and said my product was sent and should arrive a few days until I pointed out they were looking at a wrong order #.
Absolutely horrible mistake they could make giving me wrong information misleading me and have them say opps well your order is not updated wait more days. Not a good way to treat your customer. Also they inadvertently say even had I paid $10 shipping of 5-8 days would have been the same had I choose free of 6-9 days.
But there take is it is really 7-20 days please understand and wait. I was blown away complete scam site will be returning immediately upon arrival as I purchased elsewhere and received in a timely manor already. STAYY AWAYYYYYY!

I used paypal to pay for my order, before realizing that Paypal had my old address. Consequently, I quickly went online to the Banggood 'live chat' for assistance only to find it was 'shut down temporarily'. GREAT. So I instead I sent 2 separate emails to the 'within 24 hour response' addresses provided. So what happens? The next day, I get 2 emails from Banggood. One inviting me to spend more money using the 'points' I earned from my previous purchase and the other confirming my order had been shipped... TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! But no, there has not been any reply to my emails directing them to send the order to my correct address. PLEASE NOTE, my emails were sent immediately after the order was placed and well before they had shipped my order. A small stuff up perhaps, but if you are going to offer customers live chat and/or 'customer service' email addresses with a 24 hour turn around response time, than the customer should be able to depend on that being a 'truth in advertising'... Sorry, but given my experience, I will not deal with this website again.

I ordered a coat in mid-December. The listing stated "Ships in 7-10 business days".
A month later, I still had not coat. I opened a dispute with PayPal and THEN they shipped it. Unfortunately, they shipped one that was 3 sizes too small (at least, they cut out the size tag to try to cover it up). I reported it to them.
Now, because they refused to answer, the dispute got closed by PayPal once it hit 20 days even though it was never resolved and I can't re-dispute it.
This company is a fraud. Avoid them!

I've ordered a pair of shoes. They carry small sizes, which is hard to buy in USA. Paid with PayPal. Two weeks later get the PayPal notice about unusual activity on my account. It was accessed from unusual location. Next day, after I've changed my PayPal password, I get e-mail saying my item is out of stock. Coincidence? I've cancelled my order and I am not planning to use Banggood or any other Chinese company anymore.

I purchased a Hubsan X4 V2 H107L 2.4G 4CH RC Quadcopter RTF and never received it. Contacted the company several times but they consider that matter closed once they ship it and it is up to you to contact the post office or anything else to resolve the matter. The "tracking number" they provide is not recognized by the USPS so it is also a dead end. If you do purchase something use paypal so that you have easy recourse.

I ordered 15 model BT-868 battery meters from this fraudulent group, enabled in the USA by PayPal. As they did not have any 868s, apparently they feel it was "OK" to send me 15 units of the inferior model 768 - all the way from China. In order to return these, I have been instructed by PayPal that it will be AT MY EXPENSE - all the way to China (and they require this shipping to be "trackable". Of course, that will cost quite a bit, so I am stuck with $67 of worthless inferior product. It is clear that purchasing anything from BangGood is a tremendous, costly, and time-consuming gamble. It will never happen again, here, and BangGood - you have an enemy for life. Good day, cheers, whatever you say you thieves.

Thee company advertises items which aren't in stock, then accept your payment for the order, then 3-5 days later say the item is unavailable. Getting them to refund your purchase price is almost impossible. A lot of hoops to go through to get a justifiable and reasonable refund. I'd never do business with them again. Ken T.

I ordered a ring from them and it came quickly and was downright very good quality for the 2$ and free shipping I paid. However. Be warned ladies... the sizes for clothes are VERY inaccurate... they are made to fit very TINY bodies... no matter what the size says. I ordered an XL shirt for myself ( I wear a size 10) and my 12 yr old skinny grand daughter couldn't even wear it ( she wears a size 1). So I will NOT order clothes from this site again however the jewelry seems ok.
I would suggest: if you really want clothing from them order something very inexpensive so you can gauge the size differences. Buy something you don't plan to return.

I have been waiting 17 days for an order that (according to their tracking on the website) was shipped on Jan 24... today is Feb 10th... I've tried to contact customer service twice via e-mail and have not received a response... You will notice on my original review that Katherine L. From Banggood said that she? Would investigate my claim. Two weeks have past and a total of one month has past with no reply from Banggood! This company uses these comments to make readers believe that they are attempting to resolve an issue when they have no intention of solving anything. They spend far more money on creating an illusion of being a good business than they do actually having any customer service. They also use people to create YouTube reviews by sending them free products. The real purpose of the review is to have any potential buyer of the product to hear banggood's name over and over as if they are a legitimate company. All Chinese suppliers are not like this. I just had a problem with Miracle Mart RC. I sent one E-mail. I then receive a resolution E-mail the next day. Needless to say I will be buying again from Miracle Mart RC, and I will never buy from Banggood!

I had ordered for Original XIAOMI 5.1V 2.1A *******mAh Power Bank For Smartphone, Color: Silver vide order No. ******* and the article was shipped on 30.12.2015. But the article has not reached even after expiry of more than 25 working days (which is the maximum limit for delivery). The status is being shown as un-tracked. Support Centre is telling that it was shipped on 2016/ 1/3. Though more than 25 working days have expired but the article has not been delivered. There is no commitment from the support centre as to when the article would be delivered. They are not ready to even cancel my order and refund the money.
This is a clear cut case of CHEATING by the company.
I would like to suggest everyone to be beware of this website in future.

I have ordered a thing for more than 100$, but they have send me completely different thing which is totally useless and has no value for me. When I complained and asked for refund (I have send photos of the product showing what is wrong), they have rejected that refund without even writing the reason. They basically steal from people. Their customer support does not communicate with you. When you post a negative goods review, they do not publish it, so that they can steal from even more people! If you try buying something for 3$, OK, but anything more expensive is like flushing the money into the toilette.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
