I hate when a company gives you an email but never responds to your queries. After 2 months I'm still waiting for that panda coin bank! Scammers!
Ordered this for my grandson, it doesn't work at all and makes the most awful noise! Emailed them 3 times, just auto response replies. Unable to contact by phone. Don't think I will be getting a refund. DO NOT BUY this product. Looks cute but it is rubbish!
Just tried to email Bamboorama to see where my order will arrive. Its now 20 days since the money left my bank account, and I still haven't received my order. The email provided isn't a valid email. Im starting to think Ive been scammed!
Absolutely don't buy it. Its cheap and not worth even £5.00 crap. Took ages to arrive as Well. Won't be buying a thing else. Sent them email not heard anything absolute TOSH
I ordered the panda coin bank from them 2 months ago. They charged my credit card the next day but never shipped the product! The only way to contact them is by email. I have sent them 10 emails in the past 6 weeks, and have received no response other than an automated reply that says it may take up to 30 business days to receive product. I have replied many times, still no response. They are scammers!
