I have had the pleasure and the most wonderful experience of shopping at Baltinester Jewelers for the past few decades. Ever since I've started traveling to Israel, I never return home without a gift for my wife from Baltinester. And she only wants to make sure they're on our itinerary when we travel there together. I had been searching to replace the Star of David I had for over 35 years. Unfortunately, I lost it playing with my grandchildren at a Florida Beach. I walked into Baltinesther on a mission to replace a necklace that my mom bought for me when I was younger. I was jewelry store hopping until I walked into Baltinesther. They greeted me asked me if I wanted water (it was a hot day) something about them just made me want to make this place where I get my necklace from. I showed him pictures of the necklace and they went over different options for me to choose from. I was going back to New York at the time so we continued figuring out exactly what I wanted through email and what's app! They sent my necklace to me in New York! I love my necklace! I wear it everyday and I get so many compliments! Ever since I've received my necklace, Baltinesther has become MY GO TOO PLACE! I go back to them for all my presents and jewelry. I've bought for my mom, dad, sisters and nieces! I don't even have to hesitate to what's app them and let them know what I want. When I'm visiting Israel I probably stop in at least five times. They are well organized and they like to have a paper trail (via emails) so that both they and you have everything in writing. No chance for mistakes! They deliver as promised. My ring is B-E-A-UTIFUL! Better yet... GORGEOUS! My hubby spoiled me with this BEAUTIFUL ring and it melted my heart. Not only is it beautiful for its design and diamonds but it's also inscripted with beautiful words from a man in love to his love... and come on ladies, who doesn't want those words to be shared on a daily love note from our spouses. The special part is I get to wear my special love note on my hand as a daily reminder that my husband shares the same unconditional love that king Solomon had for his bride, and even farther then king Solomon, what our Father did through His unconditional love for our salvation by sending His only begotten son to die for us. Now what woman wouldn't want to see, read and feel those words as a daily reminder as a wedding ring. Also to mention, customer service was Amazing!

My personal experience with Yoram, at Baltinester jewelry, well... he's more like family now than just the most wonderful precision jeweler. I never expected him to have such a gift of understanding what I wanted, what I was asking for (that didn't exist before) but he couldn't have gotten it more right for me and my wife, and we couldn't be happier, he did such an amazing job giving us the most beautiful rings that were more what we wanted, than what we could ask for. I would and will buy from them again, I feel like I can't actually repay him for the priceless work he's done for us. We've never actually seen such perfect precision detail and beautiful finish in custom jewelry, such attention to detail... until now, until Yoram, until Baltinester.
