Badoo is okay but they keep blocking my account and it has been multiple times. I'm following all of their protocols with post photos, but still get block after having my account for1 week. I thought it was a user at first but I have made multiple accounts and my account is blocked after week of having the account. I have always verify my picture with a picture of myself. I don't understand why it happen. I wouldn't recommend this app to anybody that is looking for a friend or relationship. It is a horrible dating site for real
I had really bad time on this app. Users were calling me at nights since badoo has this features. When i tried to report this user they deleted my account instead of solving my problem. Badoo team is not professional. Male users demand cell numbers and if you dont respond they report you and the team delete your account. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

It may well be that the user you reported was also blocked. We don't currently have an option to switch off the calling feature within the app, but if you no longer wish to receive calls from a specific person, it's best just to let them know, or if a user makes you feel uncomfortable at any time, you can unmatch them from within the app.
We want every user to feel safe on Badoo, so if you believe someone is behaving inappropriately please use the in-app reporting option to bring them to our team's attention.

Signed up for free premium, with in minutes cancelled the premium service. It seemed shady so i made sure it was cancelled. Then somehow I started getting charged for premium even know it didn't say anything about me being premium on the app. Once I saw a withdrawal on my bank care i went on the app and saw I was premium only on the settings page. I cancelled premium service, only then did it say I was a premium member. Total scam. Of course they would never do that lmao sure

I have been a member a few times. The problem is of you have a disagreement with another user they ban you with no recourse. Thankfully I paid through PayPal as they tok £30 and £18 and then baned me. They did not willingly refund the money they took so easily and I then lodged a dispute with PayPal and eventually got my momey back. This is an organised racket which is something smething we see criminal organisations like the Mafia runt. Stay clear and report these shysters as much as posible, Organised thieves!

I am currently on hold to find out from my bank why thus company is still taking out money from my account long after I unsubscribed, only one day as well as well as told my bank to stop paymentd.
I even wrote to Badoo no response! I urge you all to keep away this is NOT normal business practice this is a scam.

At my surprise, they were charging me an extra for $50 at each day without my permission. Taking it straight from my PayPal account.
So far, they scam me for 3 days worth of $150.
Looks, they use sneaky tricks to steal users.

I accidentally opted for their premium for life. I contacted badoo to try and resolve this, I have mental health needs and do not get much money. Badoo have refused to help.
They seem okay with mentally ill people having no money to pay bills.

Not a great place to meet anyone genuine. I have used badoo on and off over the years and the vast majority on the app, absolute undatables, misogynistic women abusers, personality disordered, foreigners that dont speak a word of English, cheap vile men just wanting to hook up. I met several people on here, so i can say that they turned out to be dead beats or people so undesirable they give off a terrible vibe. Sketchy men. Dishonest, jobless wasters, serial cheats. I could tell you horror stories of things men have said, misogynistic filth about women, men wanting unprotected sex on a first date, and the obsessive stalkers.
Waste of time this app and will cause you problems in the long run wasting your life bothering with specimens from badoo. Not all, but 99%
Not a safe app. Absolutely do not meet up with any of these ppl, especially not on your own, i did and regretted it. As sometimes young people can be nagged or pressured relentlessly by creeps just to "meet"

I subscribed to Badoo superpowers for 6 months with my credit card and also purchased so credits too. I used my superpowers for a few days only to come back a month later and realize that my 6 months superpowers subscription and all my purchased credits have been taken away from me. I wrote to customer service about the incident but I got no reply. This service is wack. I was so infuriated.

I'm a pretty average middle aged man with a bit of a gut. If I walked into a bar and was suddenly surrounded by very attractive women all wanting my attention I would be very suspicious. If things are too good to be true, then they usually aren't true in my experience.
So on Badoo when I got a deluge of beautiful woman wanting to make contact as long as I paid I simply didn't believe it.

Please also note, before any messages can be sent, two people will need to have matched with each other to create a connection. In order to see the chat button, you need to like the user's profile to show that you are interested in her.

Some of these women are straight hookers, some want IG followers, others are old dead profiles, some are badoo staff who will show interest to trick you into paying. All these garbage apps DO NOT WANT YOU TO FIND ANYONE just to stay as a dumb $#*! paying member forever. Don't be a fool! Especially the men... Online dating used to be free, there were tons of free sites and apps, I've met a lot of women online, now dating is nearly impossible bc of these trash scam apps.

I was charged twice for the same transaction (that I did not authorize). 2 transactions at the exact same time. Badoo billing practices are illegal. The use many sneaky tricks and fraud people. I set my account to never auto-bill me, but there are too many built-in deceptive ways to trick users spending. Paypal declines all requests for refunds because badoo has "proof" that you entered an agreement with them.

Yesterday on 29/01/2020 Badoo scammed from me 150£ I just wanted made small payment 2£ by PayPal but after they took from my PayPal account without my confirmation more money like I maid two more payments. And PayPal decline my request to cancel this payments! I do not recommend anyone to repeat my mistake! Do not give them yours bank details or PayPal!

Badoo uses pre-ticked check boxes to trick users into buying things they didn't intend to. This is in breach of British and EU regulations.
I complained to customer service, but they just stopped replying after a while.
However, after I alerted my bank that I had been subjected to internet fraud, I got a full refund of my credit card purchases.
The great thing about this is that Badoo will lose their standing with credit card companies over time.
I used the enclosed picture as proof.
