They have a great quality bags as well as the product design is awesome also the price range is not so high.
I fell in love with a brand name bag that was out of my price range, and in my search for a comparable model I stumbled upon a GREAT bag at www.BackiePackie.com. I was unsure about doing business with an unknown e-retailer, but the price was too good to pass on so I took a leap of faith and committed to the purchase. I soon found myself waiting for my bag in the middle of the CoViD-19 pandemic which drastically slowed down delivery of my order.
I reached out to Backie Packie's customer support via e-mail and that is when something amazing happened: I got a response from a real person assuring me that my order had been processed and would arrive shortly. Through the delay I kept in constant contact, and I continued to receive very prompt replies letting me know of my order status.
My bag did arrive only slightly after its expected delivery date, and the product exceeded expectations (I'm keeping this service-oriented since this is a website review and not a product review, but trust me I could do on and on about the bag)! The delivery delay aside, the customer support aspect was such a tremendous purchase experience that I had to share it with others that might be considering buying a bag at www.BackiePackiecom. The Internet giant retailers out there could not have come close to providing the customer support that I received from BackiePackie!
Delivery came on the day it was meant to arrive and all the backpakcs were made and sent off within a week. Products were really great, and customer support were helpful when i contacted them about the delivery date. Would highly recommend.
Awesome company. Very rarely do I have a problem with my order... But when I do they take care of it. Fast shipping and great prices!

Always great bags at really good prices available. Whilst you may have to wait a few weeks to recieve, they are always on time and it's exciting to wait believe it or not! Highly reccomend the site!
