I did not give 5 stars cause it took sometime for them to make contact with me after I emailed, texted and left voice mail. Once we made contact the only thing they asked if I could send a picture of the defective part. I did and a return/exchange was authorized and fast. Other than the delay in answering I found the service was good and the customer service person friendly. Thank you
We ordered a hunting set, sharkskin color, on 10/17/17. We got confirmation and the $120 taken out of our checking account on 10/19/17. We called the number and emailed over 10 times between November 1,2017 and December 4,2017, when we finally received the items. The items were WAY too small(ordered XL) and sent the item back on same day we received them (12/4/17). As of this date, 12/31/17, we have not gotten a refund, no responses to our emails (10 total) and calls (8 so far). If you call, you can only leave messages on phone number (a Florida #) and email is listed under the name of Doug Erickson *******@gmail.com. We had to pay $14 for our return, and the tracking shows it was delivered "on the porch", which is suspect because this appears to be someone's home, not a business.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! THE Better Business Bureau rates this company as an "F". $120 is our hard earned money and we want this back. I will never do this again, and if I had ordered with our credit card, I could have this option to get money back, now we are possibly out $120.
I ordered two flashlights. I received the confirmation email right away but after more than 2 weeks there was no shipment confirmation. I called and emailed and never received a reply. I finally did receive an email that said the package was "on its way" but so far the USPS facility still hasn't received the package yet. If their products are as poor as their service, this company is a total scam...
Initial order took over a month to arrive. Was sent another that arrived very quickly. I'm glad I ended up with 2 jackets because, within 3 days the zipper blew out. Now after 30 days the 2nd zipper has done same. I was offered another replacement or refund and sent a return label as well.
Overall my experience with customer service has been acceptable unfortunately their subpar zippers are a huge disappointment on a jacket that has otherwise done as it claims.

This company is the worst their products are cheap and nasty do not be fooled like I was please! Save your money! Nasty cheap $#*! jacket!
I ordered a $70 tan jacket from them in mid-October of 2016, size Large. It comes in direct from China (not joking) and is about the equivalent of a small or medium. On top of that, I was charged $15 for shipping at the USPS after already paying for shipping at the time of purchase ($6.95 included in the total $70). I contact the company which its website says is in Florida to get return information (FYI, no phone only email contact). I pay again to have it shipped back to them ($9). So my $70 jacket is now up to $95 and I don't even have it. The replacement jacket they sent was a green cammo jacket not solid tan and it is now Thanksgiving. They did send a prepaid shipping number to have this sent back and I finally got my tan jacket in December, which simply does not fit right by US measuring standards as an XL. This is the only XL jacket that I own and it is still short in the sleeves. Now let's add insult to injury by discussing the fact that from the time I told them of my having to pay excess shipping of $15 (11/2/16) to the time of receiving their substandard product mid-December, I was never reimbursed for my $15. At that point it was the principle of the situation because I sent email after email inquiring about my reimbursement. I am writing this review now on 3/14/17 which is almost 4.5 months to the day of me notifying them of the excess shipping charge. Today, I was finally reimbursed. What would happen if I had owed this company money? I would have a collection agency tracking me down with more excess fees. This company is horrible. I will never do business with them again. If my month wasn't up from the time I received their crappy jacket, I would send it back. Regret purchasing their product!
Took over a month to get the jacket, then to find they sent the wrong size, they never told me it was coming from China. Worse customer service ever, I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this company ever...
I ordered a Leather Jacket and waited for over 2 months to receive it and guess what? It is a vinyl jacket! Nothing leather on it. It is a piece of crap! Buyer beware this companies products are terrible and falsely advertised!
Took over 2 months to receive order. I contacted them several times and was given every fabricated excuse possible for reasons receiving my order. Shipping finally up dated after I received my order. After my 2 month wait when I received my order of 2 coats, neither was the color I ordered. I contacted them again and wanted a discount because I was not going to wait another 2 months or more and winter would be over. They told me a lot of the colors look like different colors and the were most likely the color I ordered. NOT! They sent me a return label. Don't Order From Them!
Want to update from my 1/12/17 review - I did finally receive the items after more than a month since order. Quality of items are also excellent. Shipping tracking only updated after items arrived.
Ordered jacket and still haven't received it. Will go to my bank to reverse transaction.
I should have looked up this company before I ordered from them. I've had the same experience as everyone else. I'm sure I just threw my money away and will never see the jacket I ordered. Whatever you are thinking about ordering, look it up on Amazon and it will be 25% cheaper and you will actually get it.
I placed an order(#*******) right after Thanksgiving and hoped to receive the Jacket to give a Christmas present.
I suspect that I'll never receive the jacket or a refund.
I ordered several items as the other reviews have stated. You will receive a confirmation email right away but your items may take several months to arrive if they even arrive at all. I'm two months into my order and still no items. I have at least received responses to my inquiries from the company and I've been told I should receive a tracking number at anytime but it doesn't happen. I'm waiting for my next response from them and then I'm going to probably cancel my order and have my credit card company stop the payment.
Orderd a jacket from this site. Reply from the so called company was I would receive a tracking number within 10 days but no such luck. Emailed and called numerous times and left messages with no reply. Do not order from this company
Really love the tactical jacket, but the reviews really got me in doubt about ordering from this site...
I ordered two flashlights and received a confirmation email right away. After five calls over a month's time I have never received a call back and all my email messages have been ignored. If you do order from them, make sure your credit card will let you charge back if this happens to you.
Iv ordered 3 green laser pointers from back country world, and was hoping for a tracking code within a couple weeks. I have yet to revive my package or any information(besides that the order had been fulfilled) after around 40 days. I am very displeased with the service of that site.
Iv even called various times throughout the day to ask, but have not gotten an answer.
If anyone from the site or others that have experience with this site, please let me know.
